Free breakfast. I booked this hotel aways when I go in LA, bc they offer free parking and breakfast. But the last time, after I booked they charge me the parking, me and other guest complained about that, but they said they decided a couple days after booked to start to charge, even we booked before that decision

It was in a great location located around a lot of food options The staff was rude, they were short with every person including myself that they checked in. My key only worked the first night even though I was staying for three nights. When I went to get it taken care of I witness a group of young ladies being talking by down to by the person checking them in. I was embarrassed for them

It was quiet. It only had one way up and down for the stairs and elevator. So if your room is not close Then you have to walk extra if you needed to go downstairs. Also that’s a safety hazard. It should be a way up and down on each end.

Breakfast is always so good and lots of options. The lady who works the room is so lovely and greets everyone! The coffee options are wide as is the juice selections. Hot food is great and the atmosphere is cute. Great way to start your day!

Everything was good except there was a bad smell as soon as you entered the room.

The room was clean , nice bed and pillows , but the hotel is out dated

The property is a motel, it looks much nicer in the photos. They have what I need for my trip - near LAX, reasonable parking price, comfortable bed, free breakfast, and the jacuzzi is a plus.
