The room was immaculate. Room service was delicious. I would stay here again!

They had us in a room with a dog next door. During the day the dog was left on its own (confirmed by hotel staff) and barked consistently and during the night. Impossible to relax or sleep as we were concerned for its welfare and we could hear it really loud. Despite talking with the reception that didn't do anything about it! We forced a move to another room for the second night after midnight.

Very clean, cozy comfy beds

I was glad to get a room. Our flight was delayed a day so we needed accommodation for the night. They sent a Lift and picked us up at the airport and then took us back the next day. Room was very nice. Had a small kitchen. Bed was nice. Even though we were close to the airport it was quiet.

Clean room and good shuttle service

They advertise that they offer free area shuttle, however when I requested a ride to the nearest fast food establishment, which was a eight minute walk from the hotel, I was told that they only offered airport shuttle. So their website needs to be updated. Due to the heat outside I had to pay for an Uber to get some food. The staff was very accommodating and addressed any issues that I had. The last night I was there the AC in my room kept going up and once it reached 75 it was too hot for me in the room so I bought it to the attention of the staff and I was switched to a different room. The room they gave me was much cooler however a couple in the room next to me got into a very heated argument at last it for at least a couple of hours! Raised voices and slamming doors at one in the morning, so my sleep was disturbed. And then in the morning when I went to wait for the requested airport shuttle, I was told that the airport shuttle was out of commission. However, they were kind enough to order a Lyft for me, free of charge. Although the staff was very accommodating, I do not plan to stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful amenities and perfect location. No bar or food items to purchase. No emergency kit for lost luggage visitors.

There was no breakfast There was a very large flying cockroach on the wall when I walked in. I killed it and there was no further problems. The room was very clean.

There was no food nearby other than a burger joint at a gas station. No sidewalks to access the burger place. Lack of accessible food after a long day of aborted travel.

Solid airport hotel. Breakfast is not included but there is great 24 hour coffee and a free shuttle to DFW.
