Just passing through, but the staff was friendly, room was clean & quiet. Shower was hot - Thx!

After spending ten days traveling cross country, this hotel had the most friendly front desk we stayed at. Beds are comfortable as well. Road noise but expected when staying next to an interstate.

The bed was comfortable enough. The rooms were not very clean. The breakfast was meager. Coffee pot wouldn’t work in room.

How close & quick we could get a room because we were traveling through. The outside looked nice & like a big chain hotel. The lobby bathroom looked like it had not been updated since the early 80s. Everything was tarnished & old compared to the lobby style & outside of bldg. There was no paper towels in said bathroom. I was given paper napkins which shredded in my hands as I dried them. The hall smelled damp, musty & like old cigarettes. Tye room smell was a little better but we were freaked out by the smoke gray/black mirrors all across the wall above the beds. My teenage daughter was extremely uncomfortable & we spent over 30 min making sure it wasn't a 2 way mirror bc that's what it looked like. There were spots in bathroom where it looked like the wall/tub had a Crack or leak and instead of fixing it it was silicone over & painted & now it was peeling away. The bathtub was less than desirable & we all needed a shower but there were rust stains or something in the bottom of the tub. ( I was so looking forward to that bath after 10+ hours of travel) In one of the beds it looked like there was dirt or crumbs on the edge of the bottom sheet & no one had been in it only sat on top of it at the bottom of the bed. My daughter refused to sleep in the bed bc she was afraid after that there were bugs or something. I barely slept bc the bed was NOT comfortable all. I realize it's not my own bed. But it was like sleeping on a piece of wood. I woke up with my hip hurting so badly, I thought I had bruised it and I had to walk around for almost an hour the following morning, just to get it to where it wouldn't hurt so bad while we were riding in the car the next day. It basically came down to that we were all very uncomfortable in that room with all the mirrors on the wall. That is an old 70s, 80s, style that did not reflect the outside nor the lobby of the hotel.

The employees and the location were great.

Dont eat breakfast. Coffee was fine. For the price, this was a perfect choice. Everything worked well and the staff was fine.

It was very dirty. At the breakfast there were pancake drippings all down the side of the cabinet, and you could see under things was not cleaned. The need more variation on their breakfast.

Had to go to a different hotel because of medical condition ( lung ) . Very disappointing. Showed us 3 different rooms including away from elevator and all smelled of smoke ( and not a little ).

The location of the hotel. It was very close to restaurants and shopping places. The parking lot was clean, and the lobby was too. But this is the best that I can give them. The staff was rude. I went to book the room online, and the price changed in minutes. I asked for a non-smoking room, and the blankets had burn holes in them. The room smelled just like weed and was not that clean.
