Housekeeping entereing room at 830am while we were asleep in bed. hair found in bathroom and in blanket on bed.

Easy registration and booking . Location nearby hospital for very early appointment. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with all amenities.

Shower gel was empty, and during my 4 day stay I requested each morning for it to be refilled. It was not refilled. Even though the desk attendant reassured me on a daily basis that it would be taken care of it didn’t happen.

Wonderful stay. It was quiet at night even though it was a graduation weekend & the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Our room was spacious and the seating area was functional and comfortable. Beds, linens and pillows were very comfy. Bathroom was spacious, towels were soft. AC worked well. Complimentary breakfast was good with usual options of eggs, sausage, hash browns, french toast, cereals, fruit, yogurt, bagels etc. We enjoyed our stay while visiting Jackson for boys baseball tournament.

New hotel with plenty of bugs to work out like extreme water pressure to the point of painful shower and ac made a lot of noise .. had to switch rooms .

I chose to stay at this location bc it was real close to my son’s dorm. The facility was beautiful, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was the water in the shower was cold and even having it all the way on hot it was freezing.

Very close to West Jackson Hospital. Some ambulance noise at night, however it was not much of a disturbance.

I was awaken by it and believed it was coming from the window so I got up to see what was going on and to my surprise it was coming from behind the metal plate mounted on the wall ( air handler / blower / air conditioner. I did mentioned it to the manger the next morning. The Restaurant was well above average. The staff was excellent in every way . I was there 4 days .

TV didn't work and the clerk said she would send someone up in 2 to 3 hours. This was at 8p.m.

Being stranded late at night without a room, after spending $200

Nothing to like, booking.com sold me a reservation to a hotel still under construction. To be fair, this looks like it might eventually be a very nice hotel, we just should have never been sold a room there yet Being stranded late at night without a room, after spending $200
