The business model of this hotel allows it to operate at discount prices. It is intended to be an extended stay, although there is currently no minimum stay requirement. The front desk is only staffed from 9 am to 10 pm. The rooms are generally clean - only the floor was somewhat dirty and needed to be mopped. The rooms are fairly small and have linoleum throughout. The largest bed is queen-sized and is resting on a metal frame against the bathroom wall requiring a second sleeper to crawl into bed. The mattress is what I would call a "premium RV mattress." There is a cook surface, a microwave, and a full refrigerator included. However, you'll need to bring your own cookware or purchase it from the front desk. The bathroom is only stocked with 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 bars of soap, and a small bottle of shampoo. No blow-dryer or other items are included. Housekeeping only provides services two days per week. Overall, the room suited our needs since we only needed a place to sleep at night. The only two negatives were the floor needing cleaning and the A/C that, while it worked well at keeping the room cold, was annoyingly loud at night.

Room was great, very clean, however, there were no dishes, the tv and remote didn’t work, nor did the phone work in the room. They don’t really offer much in amenities for this to be a weekly, monthly type extended stay establishment. Overall though, it was nice.

could not connect Wifi did not connect in room 1st night. also was not made aware that towels were only refreshed 1X weekly upon check in.

Conveniently located off of I-40. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Was nice

Kapil was so helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate us. We traveled with my mom, who needed handicap accessible room. He made sure we had a room suitable for her needs. It was a very nice stop for a restful night.

Only two tiny pillows on the bed and the bed was hard as a rock. Worst room I've stayed in.

This visit I walked in and there are four guys( young ) behind desk. I said I have a reservation, one of the boys said “Who are you?”. I suppose the look I gave them startled them. One guy moved to a computer and another said “you need to talk to him,” and they were out of there. Proceeded with check in. Got to the room and TV was not connected, desk clerk came and he could not fix it, later he and another guy came and connected it, much to my husbands relief. Every thing else was good, pleased with the room and hotel.

Great stay for the price!

I had previously called to let them know we would arrive after the front desk would be empty. It would have been helpful if they told us procedures then. However, once we called and they let us in everything was simple.

The stay was good. There needs to be blackout curtains. It would help tremendously! The place was clean. Overall, the stay was good.

Got a great rate for our room. The lobby smelled clean, but overpowering with air freshener. The hall to our room smelled somewhat off putting. Could be off gassing from the materials, as this hotel looks to be remodeled or new. Our room was very clean, and did not have carpet which was great. We had our 2 small dogs with us. It’s nice to find pet friendly hotels. Our stay was good, and would recommend. 👍

We tried to check in after hours, unfortunately the number you call for after hours check in went straight to voicemail. Apart from the awful check-in process. The beds were extremely hard, and they only provided two, very flat pillows. Luckily I was exhausted enough to fall asleep, but my back was not happy after sleeping in that bed. The room did seem pretty clean, however, the lobby, the elevator, and the floor we stayed on all had a different stench.

This property was built within a year and is still fairly new. The beds are only queen size and are not the most comfortable. You have to ask the front desk for and ironing board and iron. The front desk is only open from 9am- 11pm which is an inconvenience. The location is great though. There are many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

I booked a Queen suite. I went to the room and it was a two bed room. Bed was not made properly and the entire floor smelled like someone was cooking . Then I was told that they had no more rooms. Requested cancellation and refund . They stated that I had to go the third party where I made my reservation for refund. Worst customer service ever. Will never ever book this place again

We got there at 12 am. Had just booked with H.com minutes before. H.com accepted the reservation. When we got there, parking lights were off and lobby was closed, lights off, nobody home. Thankfully there was a phone, someone answered and told me the desk shuts down at 10. I told them how I just made the reservation and nothing was mentioned. He said he'd come down. After a few minutes he was there and turned the lights on. It took a while to get checked in as he had to make a few phone calls cause he was in charge of the cleaning service. He was great but it did take awhile. And when you gotta pee, you know what im getting at. Anyway, good guy, did his best and we got our room. Room was clean and comfortable but the bed unfortunately felt like a couch pull out. We got our rest and were out of there at 7. It was good. Not great but good.

The service was wonderful all around. I had an issue with the bed on the first night of our stay. We told the lady at the front desk about it the next morning and she was more than willing to help us. She switched us to a different room and even tried to get us a discount. A+ service and it's always so clean when we stay here!

We did not read reviews before booking a room. Big mistake! The room was very clean and large but that's about the best thing about it. There were only 2 towels in the room on arrival and there were 4 of us (all adults). I called the desk to request more towels. I was told that they only put two towels in rooms but she would get us two more; however, they had no clean towels at the time. We did eventually receive them, though we did not receive hand towels. There was no soap in the bathroom, typically a staple of hotels. We were able to get some when we called. Each bed had two small pillows. The beds were not comfortable. For being a relatively new hotel, there were not many charging usb outlets. The hotel ad says that it offers free wifi. It does; however, only two guests can use the wifi at a time, and you can't take turns using the wifi so that each person can use it. Once you log out, you cannot log back in. You can have more use the wifi for $2/day per person. We heard later that it is extended stay and most who stay there are people needing a room for a job or for people out of rehab. We did not know that at the time. If a person was needing to stay for a while with only 1 or 2 in the room, it might not be too bad. It has a kitchen but not one kitchen pot or utensil or anything though. Also, my daughter went to the lobby for coffee the next morning and the registration office wasn't even opened yet. I guess there is no one there 24 hr/day.
