I recently stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton for work. The facility was clean; however, the rooms are a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and polite. Pool/patio area has a beautiful view of the bridge and riverfront. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay.

This hotel needs a complete renovation, and fast. I’ve stayed here in the past and it has gotten much worse than it was before. The paint is peeling off the walls in the hallways, the carpet is disgusting and our shower wouldn’t drain so the water stayed in there making the tub have a ring and nasty. Whomever put the shower doors on didn’t think clearly about how they were installed so you have to get in the shower to turn it on because it only slides one way and that’s the only way to actually turn the shower on. The ladies at the front put on a good show of nice but they had their own set of attitudes. For the amount of money you pay and charges they add on, this place should be too priority for a makeover.

Surprised, since hotel has a chef on staff.

Enjoyed my stay . The bathtub was was a little dingy looking but but other than that my stay was nice

The room was clean comfortable and well stocked. Checking in was smooth and easy, parking was expensive but non complicated. The only down side is they did not offer late check out when requested and you couldn't control your own room temperature.

Overall, the hotel is in need of a major facelift, and the rooms should be upgraded and modernized. The only positive aspect of my stay was the location—the hotel is right on the water and offers nice views. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast buffet was cold.

The room had these issues: AC rattled continuously making it hard to sleep Showed did not drain well, had standing water in after first use. Entry Door was swollen and hard to close or open.
-
Everyting was perfect.
-
Location No microwave or refrigerator in the room for the price I paid. I requested a room on the river side and I didn’t get it.
-
Broken shower door, broken closet door, broken sliding glass door to balcony, paint chipping off walls in bedroom, the pool is poorly maintained alot of trash and debris in the bottom of the pool, water damage in alot of areas throughout hotel, outlets loose and worn

Location The rooms and bathrooms were out dated.

I arrived at approximately 9 PM with my young daughter after a long trip and was informed that a $100 deposit was required on a card only. I had $80 available on my card and offered to pay the remaining $20 the following morning. I also offered cash, but every solution was refused. My husband respectfully called the front desk to help find a solution, and instead of assisting us, the staff member threatened to call the police. The lack of professionalism and willingness to help was extremely disappointing. After finally checking in, I discovered multiple issues with the room. The bedding contained visible stains, the chair was stained and dirty, there were signs of water damage on the ceiling, and the trash bin still contained garbage left behind by previous guests. Finding someone else’s trash immediately raised concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned and inspected. Traveling late at night with a small child is stressful enough without being treated this way. Between the poor customer service, intimidation, and unacceptable room conditions, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. Photos were taken to document these issues.

The staff was extremely turde is an eager to help you with whatever you needed to know

The front lobby was nice. The bathroom was outdated & run down!! The carpet was stained & looked old & dirty. The AC units so old it rattled loudly the entire stay. We posted $170 unacceptable!

Room was definitely outdated for the extreme price u had to pay on a Wednesday not only to stay there but now. But since Ruth's Chris's Steak house took over the parking lot u get charged 22 dollars a night just to park and u can't pay inside like most hotels u have to scan a QR code or text to pay which is terribly annoying infact more than annoying

Security. I was checked into a room with no phone. No ability for call 911 if needed
