Not so good stuff: I was excited to use the hot tub, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days so I decided against it. What really triggered this mediocre review was the bed. Not good. Not comfortable and no support at all. It felt nothing like a plush Hilton experience I’ve had in the past.

The property is worn down and nothing on the website indicates the age of the hotel. The sink was also not cleaned when we arrived.

We normally stay at the one in Palm Coast which we love. Not the same atmosphere or staff. Some that checked in received bottles of water. I did not. Bed and pillows not comfortable at all! Did not eat here.

Pool and hot tub were great!! Though they should set a set time of day to close not just "dusk" we ended up being locked outside. Room was spacious. Easy check in Good location for cruise port. No free breakfast. Saw the prices and just decided if we have to pay that much might as well stop at waffle
