Great room for the price. Amazing breakfast buffet and outstanding location within the SJTC.

Definitely will recommend this location especially for few days of staying. And the breakfast had lots of varieties foe any demand

#1.Housekeeping services was horrible. #2.breakfast was just okay #3. I would place my do not disturb sign inside my door to show I needed service like other hotels do and unfortunately they kept skipping my room, I would only get service when I would complain or ask the front desk, on one occasion I left all my sheets and towels on floor because I was told my room would be cleaned, I came back late to give them time to clean and sadly I had to sleep with dirty sheets. #4.I wanted to seat outside and enjoy the sun yet I couldn’t because the chairs near entrance smell horrible best way of describing is dirty sweaty arm pits and body odor. #5. Trash cans outside are disgustingly dirty. #6. Pool chairs are torn and always wet. #7. housekeeper manager ran in my room dropped off a bottle of shampoo, said would return to lock it in on wall and remove the old one and I never saw her again so my shampoo remained on the floor the entire time. #8. The pool was so dirty that an older guest a little over 60 years old got the net and was walking all over trying to clean the pool so we could get in and enjoy our time. #9. I had to take out my own trash daily. Over all I give the hotel and services 1/2 star and sadly I don’t care to ever return, I want a refund on this horrible experience.

We stayed in this same hotel last year on our trip and returned this year because we liked it so much.

Staff were kind and accommodating.Great hospitality to us and our doggies.Location is central to everything food, shopping and more shopping.Our son goes to UNF ..We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Quiet room, lots of room amenities like full sized fridge, microwave; excellent staff; decent breakfast. The property could use some updating but the management said they were evaluated recently and would get some updates soon. Great location in St Johns Town Center. Altogether a great experience and I would stay there again.

Superb

Breakfast is almost the same thing daily like scrambled eggs are there daily, no sunny side or over easy.Coffee at times is wonderful strong like some of us like it & other times it’s watery, way too light in which made me go to Starbucks, spending when I shouldn’t have too in order to enjoy a strong coffee. I notify management that curtains were ripped/torn just like I did last year &someone walked in without notifying me even though I had the do not disturb sign on door, the shower sliding doors get jammed &there was a panic and struggle opening due to missing handle.

Breakfast was very good. Different choices on different days. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and staff was very pleasant

I booked a room with the Peloton Bike in it for 4 days. When I arrived, we were unable to utilize the bike due to the login situation that needed the hotels information. I was told the front desk and they informed me that someone would come by to assisted. We waited an hour and a half for assistance but no one came. The front desk gave me points towards my points, which I appreciate, the reasoning for booking this specific hotel is for the amenity of the in room peloton. Beside that. It was a prime location for shopping and only a 20 min drive from the beach.

We had roaches in our room, linen had stains, sleeper coach was broken and didn't pull out, stayed a few days here and housekeeping never stopped by to offer clean towels or make beds. Had to go to the front desk for new towels. Some people were putting dirty towels outside there door. The only good thing I can say was that the breakfast was really good and they offered a nice variety...

We loved everything: the staff were friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, the room was spotlessly clean, and it was even bigger than we expected.

Staff was superb!! Suites are nice and big and very clean!! The only complaint I have is we didn’t get cleaning service when we asked. We were out of toilet paper, Kleenex, towels, trashes were all over flowing. The AC in the main living space wasn’t working good and we asked multiple times to get it looked at. Our stay was a week long visit so I don’t feel it was too much to ask for.

There was alot of mold in the bathroom, and when I mentioned to the front desk (Stephen) I was told that this is florida and mold happens. We live in florida and owned a couple of properties and NO mold is not normal. I feel that I was not given the attention of the importance and how severe mold can be our health.
