    Outside looked decent, but the standing water in front brought a lot of bugs. The lobby was okay, but the room was very dirty—my white socks turned black from the floor. Shower was fine, but most amenities didn’t work, including the pool. Strong marijuana smell everywhere. Breakfast was very basic. Overall, disappointing stay.

    SO HORRIBLE THAT WE DIDN’T CHECK IN. The “staff” had his back to the front desk, another was on his phone in the lobby, trash cans overflowing, lobby, pool area, property in front ALL EXTREMELY DIRTY. Do NOT stay!! Please see attached photos

    Shower was not clean, pool was unavailable, breakfast was very limited, and smell of smoke would permeate the room everytime neighbor lit up.

    Later that day, my kids were playing on the floor and came over with black, paint-like smears all over their legs. That's when I realized the black coloring was actually coming off the floor. It was getting on their feet, the sheets, the bathmat, and the bottoms of our bags. I went to the front desk and asked if we could move to a different room that didn't have the flooring issue. After explaining what was happening, I was told, "they all do that." Since it was already after check-in time and we couldn't switch rooms until the next day, I asked for a few extra towels so we could avoid stepping on the floor. I was told no because "if he gave me extra towels then there wouldn't be towels for the other guests." Between the flooring issue and the lack of any real solution, we decided to leave early. The one positive was the Hotels.com representative, who was very helpful and was able to get the remainder of our reservation canceled, including that night's stay.

    The room was absolutely filthy I should have never taken my socks off. Our feet were black and we have to wipe them off before even putting my socks and shoes back on. The door was open when we arrived, and we were too tired to walk all the way back up to the front desk. At least there were no surprises waiting inside. Will never stay ever again.

    The pictures were taken 20 years ago. The room was disgusting. My wife had to go buy bleach and cleaners to clean the bathroom and then we decided to take the sheets off the bed and look at the mattress. There were blood stains and bugs in the mattress.

    Clean room and sheets - no smell of smoke. Had a broken coffee maker which was quickly replaced by a courteous concierge. A great place for me to rest and map out the steps for the next chapter in my life.

    The pool was not working and looked terrible and the place looked really bad not to mention the location was terrible we instantly cancelled our reservation the hotel kindly gave us back our refund place is poorly maintained

    OmG terrible experience that resulted in a departure one day into a supposed 6 day stay. Arrived around 11 pm there were shady people in the parking lot that seemed to be watching me while I unloaded luggage. Chalked it up to paranoia and made sure to lock car doors. Walls & doors were dirty. Toilet was stained. The bed was comfortable but just don’t look at the bare mattress like I did when I checked for bed bugs. No bedbugs thankfully but mattress was disgusting & stained. The next morning I wanted to use the fitness room..closed..so I thought I’d try the pool..closed/drained. Then I was harassed by a man clearly on something in the stairwell as I returned to my room. That was my final straw so I checked out. Only stay here if you are desperate and make sure you have some type of protection with you at all times!

    The hotel was decent & the room was spacious for the price. The room had old furniture that looked like it needed to be thrown out . I really was scared to sit down on it . Walking into the room looking at the old dusty looking furniture made me skeptical about the sleeping arrangements. The bed & shower was fairly decent for that night. Overall rate it a 3.

    Had to change rooms because of nasty bed. The second room had blood stains on mattress and brown spots. There was dried food and long black hairs on sheets and in bathroom tub. Food crumbs all over floor and dead bugs on floor in bathroom. The free breakfast area was dirty. Nasty!!!! Pool had no water and closed!!!!

    The room as nasty like the sheets hadn’t even been washed. The floor was gross. I would never stay here again. I had this place booked for 2 nights and we did not even stay there it was so disgusting. I wasn’t able to get a refund but I was still not going to stay there so we just ate the money. Highly disappointed.
