Weekly Inn

This place is terrible. We first wanted to simply add another day to our reservation but was told we could not make any "changes" without losing our initial payment because it was "non-refundable." We weren't canceling, we were adding another day. Expedia was no help. We just added another day under a different reservation to avoid this ridiculous policy. The hotel was in a sketchy area. The room smelled of Marijuana and urine. The bed was broken, the legs bending and the bed rocking left and right with every movement, and the sheets were dirty with dog hair all over them. We left immediately, but the hotel refused to refund us for one of the days we paid for, claiming, again that it was "non-refundable." Non-refundable for a room that could not be slept in and entirely unsanitary. We were ok with losing those funds, just happy to be out of the room and despicable hotel. Don't be misled by the decent ratings for this place. Disgusting! You should be wary of Expedia too. Their customer service has gone way down and they were not helpful at all.

This room is clean and worth it for the money. If you are on a budget or looking to save a few pennies, it's worth it!

When I arrived, right at 3pm, I waited about 5 mins with no one at the front desk and rang the bell 2x, waited a little longer and finally had to call the contact number 2x before I was helped. Once someone arrived they were super nice and helpful. After getting to my room, the second I opened my door with a key card and saw the lack of a locking deadbolt that actually secured the room I immediately went back to the front office. I explained I was a solo traveler and that their deadbolt did not fully extend into the doorframe so all that is “locking” the door is the hope that no one has a universal room key and a flimsy top latch that most hotel doors have. Simply put, anyone could kick the door in with enough force. I asked for another room thinking maybe that room was just a one-off. Nope, the next room was the same. Thankfully, I asked to cancel my room and it was sorted out, but I would not feel right not writing a review stating this for anyone looking at this as a place to stay as a solid traveler.

The bathtub had bugs cracks and the water barely worked the staff barely English and while I was there I was harassed for parking next to my room when there isn’t any numbers on the parking spot someone was getting evicted and whoever the people were had no reason coming to me asking me questions about parking so

I woke up with bite marks all over me i think i have bed bugs , and when i first came in the room hair was all over my sheets and in my tub when i went to shower

Communication barrier due to foreign workers. Was there 4 three days with my baby and was given hand towels for bath towels stating they were out. It was a great price for a twin room. Clean-no bugs. Bad water pressure. Front desk was hard to deal with. Overall good stay for the money. Need ENGLISH speaking employees!

Me gustó el personal muy atento y amable; las instalaciones muy limpias. No me gustó las pocas opciones de alimentos y bebidas en el propio local. Hay que salir a buscar restaurantes cercanos o llamar a Uber Eats.

Stayed a week ago and the sat was great. Rebooked and absolutely terrible. Stayed 5 days no room service at all even though they say it’s mandatory after 3 days. Room was dirty I told the front desk after check in no one came to clean. Try to talk to any of the workers and they have to use Google Translate bc they don’t speak English. Very uncomfortable and unpleasant and unprofessional. Garbage all over the parking lots and raccoons running around during the day feeding off the dumpster and trash cans that were over filled. Will never ever stay there again. Can u make sure your employees speak English and not have to use Google Translate.

The rooms give more of like a little airbnb vibe more than a motel. It was very clean, smelled nice, pretty quiet. I had a bit of an issue where my phone was broken during my stay, the man that works nights kept getting frustrated at me and was not very helpful to my situation as well as the security guard/cop. Just terrible attitudes. It does take a while to check in, we waited about 30 minutes before anyone came to the desk but the little lady was very helpful and sweet during my check/check out and when I had requests. This is a place that is definitely worth the money, just don't need the nights staff. Not far from the beach either!

We just needed a clean room and bed for the night. For the money it was what we needed.

I will never stay here again first off I was not aware there was an $100 deposit to stay here and the staff just looked at me like they didn’t care, the microwave in the room was not in English so it was difficult to use and I called the front desk three times with no answer so I had to walk up there to get help,and there were no spots to put my clothes at all!! The best part was it was quiet!!

I was coming to Jax for a one day event from Tampa and needed a place for only 1 night. Couldn’t believe the price on how reasonable it was for a king room. Well I bit the bullet and took a chance and hit the lottery on this place. What a gem. Room was absolutely spotless and everything was brand new. I stayed in room 300 around back on first floor. Parking was great. They even have security keeping eyes open. It was phenomenal getting ready to book a week there soon when I have to go back for the Jax homeshow.
