They are very very bad do not book with this hotel even if you are forced to do this they are scammers, they practice fraud and fraud I have all the supplies that confirm this, so that the site Booking.com customer service is not cooperative and they procrastinate and lie. I already arrived in this hotel. from kuala lumpur.but when i ask a room. the staff say all the room already fully book by others customer. I also show a confirmation as appear in Booking.com apps. and email But the staff was not accept my explaination.

KETIKA SAMPE HOTEL, SAYA DISURUH BAYAR LAGI SAMA PIHAK HOTEL! this hotel did scam, price in online not real price. manager hotel forced me to pay more in hotel, he said price in application that i already paid was wrong and not enough. wtf. NOT RECOMMENDED HOTEL!!
