Red Carpet Inn Jeffersonville

Nothing. We left immediately after checking in. The property felt completely unsafe.We passed several rooms that were gutted with bed frames flipped on their sides, and another room had a busted door with holes through it. When we opened our door, roaches scattered across the walls. Furthermore, we paid for a double room for four guests, but were only given one bed. When we brought up the roaches, the front desk clerk was nonchalant and admitted to bringing roaches home from work. Their solution was to tell us to 'knock them off the walls and squash them with your feet.' Management completely refused to refund our money.This establishment has officially been reported to the local health department. Do not book this place.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Nothing There is a bad cockroach infestation they were everywhere. It was filthy dirty with druggies hanging out everywhere.

This property has roaches. When I informed the front desk they said they knew about the roaches and every room has them. The water in the bathroom sink also doesn’t work.

Very poor property. Old, dirty, smelled, roaches, tv didn't work. No hot water at night for shower. Did have hot water the next morning.

Walker in to what looked like a giant bloodstain on the floor icing and birthday candles and ROACHES all over the place it was so bad my 6 year old was scared to go to sleep and kept a shoe in his hand to hit roaches off of the walls and bed the ac barely worked shower was nasty toilet looked like a dog chewed up the seat roaches in the shower roaches in the fridge microwave ever crawling in and out the doors one bed was fine the other was broken and has a giant dip in the mattress for 64$ I could have slept in my car :( very disappointing and the manager had the nerve to say no animals when they already have animals in every room roaches bigger than fish smh when reaching out to property manager he just said NO REFUNDS! I believe they should be taken off this sight because Expedia is actually very nice to save a few dollars and book hotels places like this give the company bad rep I loved my second hotel I stayed at derby inn cheaper than this poo hole beds are so nice and the people are very nice and responsive I would recommend anywhere but here!!!!

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. No heat, the smell was horrible, very dirty, no WiFi and the staff was really rude

Room was lacking outlets by the bed, myself being on a c-pap at night had to sleep without..no tv remote anywhere to be found! And there were beetles crowling on the table and window seal.

Rooms have roaches everywhere. Plus miice.its cheap enough though..

The room has roaches. Because the property needs cleaned up really bad.

Property is older and a bit tired. Heat was inoperable and staff indicated that is normal for the property. Weak, intermittent wifi. Curtains full of cat hair. Toilet paper holder broken and tank lid was from another model so didn't fit. Cigarette burns on fixtures in "No Smoking" room. Window air conditioner poorly installed with large gaps.

No one was in the office to check me in.
