Nice room with comfortable beds. Convenient to freeway and food options. Ice maker on 3rd floor was removed so had to get ice from lobby. Overall great value!

Comfortable, clean enough

It needs to be updated. The bathroom is showing its age.

The water pressure was good in the shower and the bed was comfortable. The interior of the property was tired and dated with chipped paint on the hotel room door frames. The hotel room blind was broken and the furniture was badly dinged and chipped and there was peeling pain in the bathroom. The breakfast selections were very limited and many things were out of order. The hotel was located right next to a huge consolidation of power lines or a large transmission station.

Room were nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. We like the convenience of highway and shopping centers around the hotel.

Broken furniture with packing tape holding the drawers together. A large crack along the ceiling with chunks falling out. Unsightly human hair up along the bathroom walls

Great location Broken refrigerator defrosting on the carpet. Asked for help and was told none was available until after I checked out in the morning.

Location and ease of check in. After checking in we went to the room and found the door propped open, when I went back to tell the front desk person they acted like it was no biggie. The room wasn't cleaned very well, the TV was not working like it should have been. The lobby bathroom floors were wet because of people using the pool, the coffee was nasty in the morning, the room needed to be painted and the cracks fixed, the ac controls were open, one of the chairs was to low to the ground and the desk chair rolled and moved more than it should have.

Location Building is older, carpet is old, elevators dirty and small, bathroom was outdated. The entire building needs updated.

Very comfortable bed & pillows. The suite was nice & roomy. Liked having 2 TV's. The hot tub was so nice & HOT. Pool very nice also. Breakfast was good each morning. Staff was very friendly & helpful. You can have them clean the room as often as you'd like, every day, every other day, etc. Stairs creaked a bit, our room was right at the top of the stairs. So, you could hear everyone climb the stairs. Close to everything we wanted to do. Many parks in the area. Yanney Park is a must see.

Room temperature- wall unit in bedroom, living room area very warm. TV reception very spotty. Would lose signal frequently. Got a little better on major networks. Internet- was pretty useless. Could not really use . Chef sheets and linen were awesome- pillows - very hard Overall . A great hotel , could be even better!

Nice breakfast, but the waffle maker was broken...

This was an ok hotel. Clean, staff friendly. Good breakfast. It's just a little run down and needs refreshing. There's hardly any outlets. No charging ports in lamps or night stand. I didn't even have a lamp on my side. Had to unplug clock to plug in charger. Needs paint and small hole in wall in bathroom. It was perfectly fine for overnight. Just needs a slight makeover.

My favorite is biscuits and gravy, but was not available. What was available was very good
