Staff and room… we booked non-smoking and it was definitely a smoking room. The carpet by the window was wet. Thankfully we only stayed there about 7 total hours

If you’re not expecting much, this hotel is fine. The parking lot was horrible. Walking across it could mean a broken leg.

The air-conditioning was very loud and sounded like a freight train.

Good location Some hallway noise – voices and doors being shut.

rooms were not clean, we did not know it was also a halfway house. beds were terrible, mattresses had big dips in the middle

I ordered online for a room w/a King bed and got a room w/2 queen beds, I have multiple bites all over my skin from either bugs or spiders, someone took my 'do not disturb' sign off my door and when I rtnd to room after work, housekeeping was in room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The room was very clean I could not hear noise from inside the facility. The toilet was very loud and the water hard to regulate in the shower. Can hear street noise, such as cars going by

Or something wrong with the TV in 153. The staff came and got it to come on for me, but you'd wash it a while and then the video would go off. TV needs to be replaced I think.

He then called our room and had my husband get out of bed, to go pay a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned to us, nor were any amenities or instruction given upon “check in” (I.e. when the barefooted man handed a room key to a stranger) The pillows smelled like an un showered person had been sleeping on them, there was someone’s comb on the floor and the a/c was not great! I wouldn’t have eaten breakfast in such a dank and musty smelling place if my life depended on it! (even if I woke up in time)

Location was quiet.

cost was good. location good. mattresses were too soft. facility is getting worn especially the bathroom fixtures.

Safe and affordable

There was an AC unit in the kitchen that was not working. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous, and it was a joy to interact with them. They went out of their way to help. Breakfast included waffles! So of course it's pretty decent. No eggs or sausage, but waffles are always a treat. A good stay at a good price. I will come back.

The front desk person wasa bit rude in his mannerisms (not kind and friendly) and the fact that they Tim my credit card for “incidentals” even though I told him I was just sleeping 4 hours and hitting the road.

Not much. Much deferred maintenance. Rooms were dirty as was the breakfast area.

I was driving home from vacation in colorado and needed a place to stay just to sleep a few hours, it was cheap and pretty decent

There was nothing I liked in room. This hotel. Really sucked. There were 7 steps to go up and down. On my booking, I said I could not use any types of steps with my walker. Alone the wheelchair. I asked or booked a double bed room. Just a king-size bed in the room. And the room was not big enough to use my walker in it. This hotel. Really sucked. There were 7 steps to go up and down. And the room was not big enough to use my walker in it. I could not get my walker even through the bathroom door. Alone get to the shower, that was not handicap accessible. The free breakfast was a few stale muffins and apple juice.

Staff very kindly and helpfully. The drain of shower is not functioning.

Great rate and good location The breakfast and coffee room was closed for both nights of our stay due to plumbing water break. Also, the showers in the evening were luke warm - not hot or cold.
