Location was good Ac took forever to get the room cool. Floors were dirty. My wife stepped on a piece of glass and cut her foot. Bathroom was falling apart. We had a cigarette burn hole in our comforter.

Easy check in. Manager considers “hair on bed” as damaged and attempted to keep deposit. We were only there in the room for a few hours. I always leave rooms in good condition and clean before leaving. I guess he expected us to wash the linens and sweep to remove a normal amount of hair. Ridiculous expectations.

U can't think of anything that even met expectations when we got to the "hotel" which was really a motel. The room had a bad odor upon arrival to the room. The front desk clerk was impossible to understand and when we decided to stay at a different hotel he got almost hostile.
