Our hotel stay was excellent, and we have no complaints. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep each night. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would gladly return.

We stayed here just one night, as our son was doing his orientation for Kent State, and he spent the night in the dorm. It was perfect. Neat, clean amd beautiful.

This is our go-to hotel when we come to Kent. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the rooms are always super clean, and you can't beat the location.

With all said and done I would definitely stay again but not through a travel site, just straight from the sorce, they do have things like alumni discounts I was unable to utilize.

Other than that, it was a nice, clean hotel. The room was lovely and very spacious and the staff at the desk were polite and helpful. Location was perfect, as we were in town for our daughter's college orientation and it was a short drive back to campus. I would definitely stay again, but I'll remember to bring my own pillow.

I have stayed here twice now and it has been great both instances. Close parking. Friendly staff. Restaurant is delicious! I will most likely stay here everytime I come to Kent State.
