Front Desk staff was pleasant and helpful, and very courteous. Used the Fitness Center, also spotless and very nice equipment. Will stay here again.

Very accommodating

Staff was very helpful when we had questions / concerns. Our first room had an odor (maybe from previous cleaning) but the team was very accommodating in helping us get settled in a different one. Used the laundry room and microwave downstairs. Would stay again next time we are in Kingman

I enjoyed my stay here! It’s next to a nice neighborhood where I walked my dog. I enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The room was nice and clean.

The place was super clean. The staff super friendly. The hot tub was nice. The bed was AMAZING. I will stay here again regardless of the breakfast.

Everything at this property was excellent. The only problem i had was the shower head needs change out. It had no water pressure and sprayed everywhere, took forever to take my shower because I couldn't get soap sprayed of very quick.

When I got there at 3:30 there was no one at the desk. I looked in the dining room and up and down the hall. I called into an open door that went to the office. No one responded. I waited another 5 minutes and 2 gals came through the door to the stairs. It was clear they were taking a smoke break. Really! At the time when they should have been checking people in after 3:00. I asked her why both of them went on break at the same time when there was absolutely no one around. She got very defensive and said she has the right to take a break and if I was going to be disrespectful I could just leave. What! I was not being disrespectful by asking a question. I am the customer and she was very rude. I said nothing more and she checked me in. The room was disappointing. The shower was very dirty on the bottom with deep scratches. There was no dresser to put anything and no closet to hang up clothes, just a small bar in the corner. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and a long black hair on the sheets. I could only assume that the maids do not put their hair back when they clean the rooms. I complained to customer service and the next morning the manager apologized for her staff being rude. She said she would upgrade my room the next time I came but I will never be going back there. The breakfast was ok and I liked that they had a safe in the room.

Great hotel. Only minor grips where breakfast was difficult. It was a extremely crowded when it first opened and food quickly disappeared with an intolerably long line for waffle iron. We gave up and went back to our room for an hour. Returning it cleared out. But we still found the options rather slim, e.g., no hot sauce, ketchup, or even pepper for the eggs and no fresh fruit.

For visitors, the hotel was located less than 10 minutes away from the Kingsman Visitor Center and the historic Mr. D'z diner. The area is very fun and interesting to walk/drive around as there are a large influx of tourists and local groups going about in the area. We stumbled upon a local auto club that meet weekly and it was like a vintage/retro car show in the street. It's quite a lovely stop for a Route 66 roadtrip.

We weren't really impressed and should have asked for a refund. When we arrived we got a room key and went to the room she wrote down and another couple was entering the room. That's was awkward and embarrassing, they had already been staying in that room for a couple days. So then we had to go back down to get another room, when we got in and unpacked we discovered the TV did not work. Now that was rediculous! Now we had to wait for another room because she was busy. I would really like management to give us a refund or do something else for us because I expected more from this hotel. It wasn't the poor girls fault either, she was all alone! On a Saturday afternoon! Why would any management leave only 1 person to run the whole hotel?? Whoever the manager is needs some management training!!! It was totally unacceptable!
