The rooms were very clean. We had a pleasant stay. We stayed 2 nights 3days. Our 2 yrs old and 5 yrs old enjoyed the pool. We will definitely re visit

We really enjoyed it. Comfortable room and amenities. Great location. The property feels very dated. The buildings need to be painted and other refurbishments to the pool area are needed. One pool was closed and was being worked on while we were there. Not sure if that was a repair only or a renovation. Great bartenders at the pool bar by the way.

The crab pool was closed. we got pushed into a orientation that took up 3 hours of our vacation time!

The property did not disappoint at all. It was just something for everybody to do. I guess I’ll have to leave this area blank if I could, but there’s nothing I could say that was bad about the Property

I wish tv is bigger and I wish its modern like inside like the furniture its very old fashioned couch

This is like the third or fourth time we’ve stayed here and we love it, the amenities are great very kid, friendly, and being able to have a 1,2 or three bedroom condo style room is a huge perk. This place is very clean friendly and we will definitely stay here again.

The people who works there were very nice, maintenance and reception, marketing people are looking just for possible sales There is no lazy river how is advertised, the pool where iis the crab was closed (the best one) and the zip line was closed.

The unit was clean. The pictures displayed a jacuzzi tub, and I was somewhat disappointed to find that it lacked the jets as depicted. The bar staff was inattentive; it took 20 minutes to receive a drink, despite only four patrons being present at the bar, and they did not appear to be understaffed. I felt overlooked.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. Check in took forever. They lady at the desk could not figure out what kind of room we booked through hotels.com. After about 30 min we were given a room key and told where to go. The building is very run down, paint worn off on walkways, wood floor in elevator peeling. Wall covering in elevator broken. We get in the first room things look ok (very run down). My husband checked to see if spa tub worked (one of the reasons we booked here). Suprise the water heater doesn't work. Now we had to call the maintenance guy to come up and tell us what we already knew. The water heater was rotted out and we couldn't stay in the room. So we had to pack our luggage back up bring it back load the car and drive back to the office to they could assign us another room. Now into room #2 we walk in and right away could tell room wasn't cleaned. Dirty floors, crumbs on counter, pee and toilet paper (unflushed), Long hairs and pubs in both shower and tub. I called the front desk fuming, was told to meet the "manager" on yet another floor to get room #3. By this point we missed our dinner plans with friends. New room was cleaner not by much. By this point we were exhausted (3hrs) since we first walked in to check in. The shower was nasty I actually wore flip flops in when I showered, mattress sucked, I couldn't wait to go home.
