Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG

Father’s Day weekend was extra special thanks to another amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks! Everything was wonderful once again, from the clean and comfortable room to the delicious breakfast and fun amenities. Special thanks to Alexander, Milton, Viviana, and Daniela for their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. They always make us feel like family, and their exceptional service is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. This hotel has truly become a special place for us, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for making another family getaway so memorable!

Room was nice, A/C worked great. Beds were a little too firm for my personal taste but comfortable. Hotel was very busy with multiple different teams of teenagers there for some kind of competition. Breakfast was great. Other food amenities, not associated with the hotel were more expensive than we thought, food quality didnt match the price. Only major negative was the second night when we got off the elevator the entire hallway leading to our room smelled like Marijuana. It was overwhelming, and the hotel was 100% a smoke free hotel.

The room has old furniture the AC had a humidity smell. I scratched myself with a corner of the furniture that was very sharp

Very pleasant stay the rooms were very clean as well as the facility well maintain on their up keep of the building.

Staff was nice and welcoming, but the hotel completely changed since now being bought out. This was our first time coming and it not being a Wyndham, room smelled musty, furniture peeling, desk legs were rusty. Just didn’t feel like a nice comfortable stay like it used to.

I didn’t like the no cash rule but everything else was good.

Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Love the relaxed atmosphere and free parking!

The property was dirty, and the staff was unfriendly. I had to change rooms three times because of poor cleaning standards. The overall experience was very disappointing, and the level of cleanliness did not meet expectations.

I am deeply disgusted by my experience at this hotel and would never recommend staying here.First, our room was completely neglected. We were left with dirty towels and received zero room service for a full day.Far worse, however, was the severe health hazard at the pool area. A guest vomited directly inside the swimming pool. I immediately informed the staff about this biohazard. Disappointingly, the management did absolutely nothing. They refused to close the pool and willingly allowed other guests—including children—to swim in contaminated water, exposing everyone to potential infections.The complete lack of hygiene, customer care, and basic health standards at this property is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very close to the parks and had a nice pool area. Overall enjoyed my stay but the property could use some updates and a good cleaning.
