Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Knoxville Turkey Creek

I stayed here because I had stayed at the Fairfield Inn at Lenoir City previously and it was great, but I won’t be back to this one in Turkey Creek Knoxville. They don’t clean the rooms every day, it’s every other day. I stayed 2 nights, so on the second night the small trash cans are over flowing, I needed new bedsheets because my son had an accident, so I had to go down to the desk to get them and I asked them to come get the dirty ones he said they would no one ever came. Also I asked for a comforter and they gave me a thin blanket because he said we don’t have anymore comforters. The free breakfast is bare. They had sausage one morning, that were like hamburger Pattie’s, and nasty. The machine for the juice in the morning was just water with a tiny bit of whatever ever juice you wanted. ( orange juice…97% water 3% orange juice) also the coffee bar sucks!!! All they had for it was Milk. Now to the room… because it looked like someone half way cleaned it. So much so that someone else’s sports gear( like those elastic tennis bands) were laying in the floor. So they didn’t even bother to throw that away. There was trash under the bed. Floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Definitely will not be back to this one, I will keep going to the one in Lenoir City.

Clean room, breakfast was quick and easy. Proximity to restaurants is good too

The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast had a wide selection of items.

Room was nice, comfortable and clean Shower bench was broken and toilet seat was loose. Breakfast was mediocre.

Breakfast was not looking fresh, no butter in waffle area even after asking a manager for it, no cream, milk nor half and half at the coffee station. Gym entrance glass door very filthy

Property is in need of repairs and better cleaning for sure. Vanity light above mirror didn't work. Bathroom door wouldn't close(door hits on floor). Found lots of hairs in places, especially in Bathroom area. Shower areas with sealant had mildew. Area of trim in Bathroom missing portions. Night staff wasn't friendly at all(on personal laptop in the breakfast eating area) Afternoon desk employee was super nice, helpful, and cheerful!

The WIFI was not working.

The water in the shower was either very cold or very hot. Could not adjust to warm. 3 of us took a shower and it was miserable. Room 204.

We made a last minute reservation while traveling home from Florida, so we checked in late. The staff was friendly, and our room was just what we needed! And they have breakfast, lots to choose from, and it was good to get us back on the road!

Front desk staff in the evening was very helpful and courteous.

All clean Could not sleep. The traffic noise was beyond acceptable. Was awoken one to two time per hour by trucks, sirens and loud cars. Also had old smelly food in the fridge

It was my first time at this hotel and I loved it. Very clean and the location was perfect.

Pool was not well kept and had what appeared to be human waste in it. Breakfast closed before the scheduled time, so we had to go get breakfast at McDonalds.

Typical interstate hotel. Not much to complain about not much to brag about
