Great experience, clean rooms staff very nice and helpful

We were a party of 14. We had 3- 2 bedroom suites all 3 rooms were clean. The best thing about this hotel is the staff went above beyond every day we were there. We have traveled as a group for many tournaments and everyone one in our party couldn't stop talking about how amazing the staff was.

The pool was nice I was just a lil upset the hot tub wasn’t able to be use

The hot tub was down. The pool heater wasn’t working. First room neither tv remote worked so they moved room. The second room found bedbugs in they moved us room and comped us one night and gave us quarters to dry all our belongings. Some of the staff was rude and acted like they just didn’t care and then acted like it was our fault

Everything was clean and staff was friendly.

Also, the bed felt like sleeping on a board. And the door handle did not work right. You had to hold the inside handle down and the outside handle down at the same time and hurry to shut it quickly so the lock did not pop out and keep it from closing. Walking in the room it smelled like someone had been getting high in there. There was a chunk out of the inside of the bathroom door and a burn mark in the shower.

There was an issue with a charge and Kelle at the front desk was very understanding and resolved the issue. She was very thorough with explaining everything
