Location Staff were incompetent they failed to deliver a baby crib for 4hours keeping our grandchildren up beyond their bedtime till nearly midnight The rooms need a refurbishment. The bathroom is poorly laid out and poorly appointed

Close to Disney Springs. We had a good view but the windows were very dirty. Then need cleaned.

Really nice hotel. Great cafe. Only downside is how outdated and somewhat rundown the rooms themselves are.

Room as clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Disney springs was great Additional fees I wasn’t expecting a resort fee. Also I saw pictures of a lazy river ( my fault for not looking into it ) I just thought it had one and my granddaughter was looking forward to it . Pool area was fine but I think it’s more catered toward adults. Next year I will stay somewhere more kid friendly
