Walt Disney World Swan

This property has quickly become one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The only thing that I don’t understand, this hotel was never this expensive, once the rate drops I will be visiting again.

Luxury resort - conveniently located - easy to walk to Epcot and Boardwalk. Can take shuttle to the other parks. Clean rooms - helpful staff.

Restaurants were not that great.

Everything was amazing. What could be improved was the housekeeping. We had body wash in our shampoo bottle and no refill of some lotions and soap. Other than that a great return trip.

The room was beautiful, bathroom area has 2 vanities with sinks both in wet room and outside of wet room. So helpful for getting ready with more than one person. The location is awesome with both Epcot and Hollywood Studios so nearby. The restaurants on property are excellent. I’d stay here again any time for a Disney vacation.

Staff very friendly and helpful during check in. Cabana pool service was spectacular. Loved the close proximity to Hollywood Studios and Epcot and the convenience of the boat transportation after too much walking at the parks all day. Hotel room very quiet and a nice size. Only complaint: pillows very uncomfortable.

Excellent stay overall except for the sound proofing of the room and lack of life guards to stop annoying kids from diving in the pool

Our room was ready early which was awesome. Pool and location are fantastic. 10 min walk to Epcot. Plenty of activities close by and shuttles to parks and Disney springs.

Our rooms were upgraded and we were able to enjoy a presidential suite with two bedrooms, one big living room, three bathrooms a kitchen, three balconies, a jacuzzi and even a baby grand piano. The hotel is beautiful and the location perfect. Beautiful swimming pools plenty of restaurants and the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a great place for the family vacations.

Clean, nice staff, family friendly and good food options!

Beautiful property. But the fact that they have the worst pillows ever is mind baffling. Had to call desk and the ones they brought were still terrible. Not sure how a place so expensive gets such a big thing wrong. Even though they are a Disney family hotel they do not have the good pillows like Disney. Also note that they charge a 50$ resort fee as well as $40 a day to park there. Next time I’ll just stay at a Disney resort. Also no microwave or refrigerator in room. But the hotel is “ luxury “
