Hai Hotel

The service was terrible, and the administrator was extremely rude and yelling at me instead of helping. I have never experienced such disrespect in a hotel before. Dirty atmosphere, awful customer service, and false advertising. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The location was excellent. There are many restaurants just meters away, and the beach is about 20 meters and across the street and you are there. Within walking distance, there is a trampoline park for kids and places to buy boat rides. The city center is also within walking distance, with restaurants, spas, etc. There was no staff when I arrived but the check in was easy. The staff is nice. There is someone there during the day and available by phone/whatsapp in the evening and night. The room was very clean. Even though one of us likes a soft mattress and the other likes a hard mattress, we both found the bed very comfortable. Soap, shampoo, and shower hat/makeup remover pads/Q-tips were refreshed daily. The hair dryer was strong and good quality. There was coffee and tea and a kettle in the room, and even some cookies. There are many pubs nearby which is nice if you want to go have a drink. The only problem was Friday night when the music was so loud that I could not sleep. Saturday night was less loud and the other nights of the week there was no problem.

There are A LOT OF MOSQUITOES but this cannot affect the rating of the property as the sea and other factors around it affect the presence of mosquitoes.

The team helped us a lot. We came late, and they helped with the transportation and everything was very convenient.

The warm welcome and friendly receptionist The expectation that I have downloaded the "AP" and have the necessary technology to find out how to enter the building after reception had closed. Luckily one of the other guests arrived after I had been waiting about 15 minutes and showed me how to open the key-safe.

A simple but nice hotel. Both the room and the bathroom were big, clean and comfortable. The frontdesk people were nice and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is situated next to a bar that plays very loud music till well after midnight in weekends. I was not able to sleep at all.

Very convenient location at the beach just a short drive from the airport, perfect for a long lay over. The room ( I booked a triple) was spacious and well equipped, the beds comfy. The staff was very friendly, but checking in before 16 is a bit strange - we came at 15-50 and no one was there, had to do a self check-in. We were told breakfast would be served fast the next day and 25 minutes is enough for it, but in fact it took over an hour because the tavern staff were not fast at all. Had we been informed this was a lengthy endeavor, we'd have skipped breakfast altogether.
