Location, design, friendliness of staff. Outdated facilities like room refurbishment, hair dryer, bedsheets, shower instability and lack of hot water.

Good location for exploring Larnaca. Breakfast buffet was good with some à la carte options. The room and bathroom were very small (especially bathroom). The gym is a small room with machines closely put together and no real space to do any exercises. Staff was not super welcoming and especially at the breakfast buffet any request we had felt like it was too much (simply wanting to order an à la carte option or asking for a table outside). It seemed like the focus of hotel staff was to keep the business guests happy whereas the few tourists at that time were not important / overlooked.

It has its own essence. It was unique. It is a line of hotels that is set apart due to its decor. I truly enjoyed it! The staff also friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel has a restaurant in the premise. I had an exceptional time!

Room was small - but well designed

The swimmingpool on the roof terrace was already closed in November even thought the weather was still very warm.

Excellent experience overall. The hotel location is perfect, a few minutes walking from all main city attractions. Very clean and comfortable room with a balcony. Good breakfast. Excellent service. I like the hotel design, both inside and outside. The only thing I can mention here is an unpleasant smell in bathroom, despite everything being perfectly clean. Another fact that can be mentioned is a tiny and shallow rooftop pool, but it’s not really negative, it’s just a fact. Won’t fit for swimming lovers. Though sitting on the roof by this pool was a nice experience. The sun beds are very comfortable.

Perfect location, friendly staff, nice and quiet but very central location. Glass walls in toilet/shower. Lights up the room and not very private when.

The stuff is very good very friendly The swimming pool is a little small There is another menu for breakfast We prefer water in the lobby and not lemonade Can place some milk for the coffee in the room

The property was in a good location with easy access to the town and beach. The staff were friendly and having a small pool was a nice touch. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty however the hot plates only kept the food lukewarm. If you want ‘hot’ food order off the menu. If you like to use a hairdryer take your own. When being used it kept cutting out. When we mentioned it to reception we were told it was a health and safety option and you were supposed to not hold it in a certain way!! Finally the bathroom. It was very nicely done out but it was glass therefore no privacy within the bedroom. That is probably a personal thing as maybe younger guests don’t find it a problem.

Rooms were amazing and the hotel has a special design. Breakfast is special. Location is also very good !

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The bar and the extensive selection of alcoholic drinks, including the cocktails, were also top-notch. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding—everything was always spotless and well-organized. Overall, it was a perfect vacation, thanks to the wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome and cared for.

A very good hotel overall with good rooms and facilities. Although personally I would class it as more of a business hotel rather than a luxury hotel. There was nothing to fault though including breakfast which had an excellent buffet along with options to order. Staff were very helpful and gave good service. The bars both on the ground floor and at a the roof top pool very good also, Nothing
