This property and stay was great, felt very safe and staff were great. Only thing wish I knew was there was no small refrigerator in room but we improvised and used ice bucket

Room wasn't dirty but certainly wasn't super clean. Bed was comfortable. Got what I paid for

Hotel was what was expected. Pools in Las Vegas all close to at 7pm or so, family wanted to swim. Also, the smell in Las Vegas is not pleasant. For our family, Las Vegas, one and done. Not necessary to go back

This is my 4th time stay at this hotel

The worst stay I have ever had a casino in Las Vegas. First of all staff couldn’t find my reservation. Once the reservation was found the AC in the room was so loud my wife and I couldn’t hear each other talk or hear the tv. Call Brandi at the help desk told her the issue and she said I can’t help you and that we should move to another hotel. Would not provide her last name. Each and every time we tried to get off the hotel grounds the key to exit the parking lot did not work. It was an awful experience for both my wife and I. I stay at the Hotel about 30 years ago for my brother’s bachelor party and the experience was great. The hotel has lost its way as far as customer service and it’s just a shame. Like Brandi said I will look for other options in the future.

Had a great stau at Excalibur. Will definitely book this hotel on my next trip to Vegas!
-
The newly renovated rooms were very, very nice. Great size too! Staff is nice and helpful.
-
Excalibur was an average hotel by Vegas standards. They charged for the adult pool which is ridiculous. No conditioner in the rooms for my wife. Resort fees in Vegas are ridiculous as well.

Clean, very comfortable..staff friendly.

Except for the Lobby Bar... It was understaffed. There was no table service and when I went to the bar to order, it was about 10 minutes until the bartender could take my order. And then the drink cost $25.00 with T&T. If you are going to charge luxury prices you have to provide luxury service! This was not. After I checked-out, I realized I had left a small shopping bag with books and DVDs in my room. I returned to the hotel in the afternoon and spent about an hour with Lost & Found but my bag had disappeared. It wasn't valuable but I would very much have liked to have it back and I don't understand why it wasn't turned in. But by far the worst experience I had, and why I gave a "below average" rating was the hotel requiring parking, check-in, access to elevators and rooms, charges to room number, and check-out all to be done by phone app! THAT SUCKED! TERRRIBLE!! After wresting with the app before I left home, the booking would have been canceled except for the help provided by two very competent and very pleasant LIVING PEOPLE who answered the telephone reservation line. They really saved the booking. Please hire more like them and provided a way for guests who are uncomfortable with apps (or incompetent using them) to enjoy a stay at Excalibur.

I love the X caliber we went to the family style Italian restaurant upstairs in the second floor BUCA Italian restaurant fantastic everyone should try it. It’s so freaking good delicious like the old traditional Italian food like your Nana would make the brooms were great comfortable beds pillows. We are definitely coming back there again and beautiful pool. Lots of hot tubs. Enjoyed every bit of it very relaxing.
-
My biggest complaint was no bathtubs and access to the hot tub was limited.
