Breakfast was great room was clean staff was friendly.

The staff was great, I think the hotel needs to be updated to get a fresh look and feel. I'm really disappointed that they charge $21 dollars per day for parking. I've stayed in other Hilton properties in Las Vegas before and none of them charged for parking ,except this Tropicana location. This was not mentioned when I booked this room.

Breakfast was good. And it’s free! No complaints on that. The outdoor pool it’s so cold. Not able to enjoy it. And just for the pool, I moved to treasure island. The water was so much better there. The staff is just ok but not really friendly. You will not expect great customer service from the staff in the front desk of around. If you ask questions they responded just the point and they not even look at your face. That was kind of rude. Rooms are clean.

Overall the stay was great! Breakfast was a plus to start the day, the only negative thing I would say is I booked this hotel for the jacuzzi as well and come to find out it’s been fully closed with cement and painted over lol Pictures and reviews should be updated to reflect that change for future visitors

I booked for the proximity to Allegiant Stadium. It was a quick walk and saved me from the super long Uber lines. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was really good! You could walk to the strip without too much of a problem and there was a bus stop less than a block away. There was only one elevator in the hotel. During off hours it wasn't so bad, but during the last 40 minutes of breakfast the wait to go up or down was so very long.

Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean. I used the laundry area and did not have coins and the staff helped me with change. The breakfast was filling. I would say that the only downside was I also chose this because it was written that In n Out to be walkable from their location but it was across the highway so we could not really walk to it. Other than that, would recommend as a budget friendly hotel.

There seemed to be blood on the couch and pillow and a large hole in one of the sheets. When we went down to the front desk, I didn’t see anyone there. Reported in the morning and they just made note of it. That was it.

This was not just budget friendly but a nice place to stay especially if you don't want to stay on the strip in casino hotels. The staff was really nice and took great care of the property. Only minor issue was the water from sink smelled a little sewer like. It did not impact our stay there for three days. I would come back.

I did get an email after I responded to a hotel review and they denied having bedbugs and found no evidence of my claim. This situation is the last thing you want to be dealing with when on vacation. I had to put it on hold until we were back home. This experience has definitely changed how I will look at a hotel room. I would never recommend this hotel.

Great location just a short walk from the hockey arena. Good value for money. Breakfast wasn’t great.

It is a clean property but they have a limited breakfast menu. Everyday you get scrambled or eggs or omelet, potatoes and sausages.

Awesome place to stay

The pull out bed was terrible. It was very old and uncomfortable. I wouldn't call this a family spot based on the guests we shared with. Breakfast was good. Location was good.
