Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip

The room was of sufficient size, the pool was great, and the staff were really helpful and provided great customer service. The cafe by the pool offers great food!! The breakfast. It's a choice from 2 same breakfast items every day, not worth $20. 1 hot, 1 cold drink. 1 savory muffin and 1 sweet pastry. If I had known this, I would not have opted for breakfast.

The room and view were beautiful, super quiet, and truly felt like a home away from home. TThe staff was exceptionally kind and attentive. Every single room in the suite felt spacious an luxurious. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on. The main bed was super comfortable so I was surprised that the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Would not recommend a King Suite for 2 people who wouldn't normally share a bed.

Close enough to the strip to be in the middle of everything but far enough away to not be overwhelmed by the madness.

Staff very friendly, outdoor pool & bar amazing. Will recommend booking when staying in Las Vegas. I loved that after a certain time guests are required to tap room card to validate stay. Not anybody can come into the hotel, felt very safe.

friendly , safe and good service. rooms could have been cleaner. Found dirt and hair from previous guest so i know room was not thoroughly cleaned.

I been in this property before I always enjoyed my time and most importantly my sleeping time the property is quiet with peaceful surroundings.

Experience was amazing. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.

All of the elevators in tower 2 went down multiple times to where many people were gathered in line waiting with nobody from the hotel advising us what was happening or our next steps. On top of that you have to walk outside to access the stairs from the lobby level and wait for somebody to hopefully walk outside to actually open it cause nobody has a key card to open it from the outside as we were told by valet. No notification was sent to us and we were there for multiple days. Elderly people were having to walk back to there vehicles as the tower has 38 floors and most people just can’t climb that many stairs. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.
