Homewood Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Airport

The shelf life of hotel in this product range seems to be at about 20 years and this place has seen that milestone. Old but functional. The breakfast was better than most. Staff were helpful. Not overly so, it was up to you to be nice first which is fine. At higher end establishments they have to be more professional and contact the customer first with How are you doing or How can I help you. This isn’t their vibe. It’s more like “what?”. I’d stay again.

Convenient

This is our 3rd stayed in this hotel. Room is clean. And breakfast is good

The room is specious but poor quality of breakfast The shuttle driver lacked basic courtesy. The demand of questioning felt racially motivated and made me feel completely unwelcome. She even interrupted and let me wait long time while I was checking in with another staff manager.

It was our first time at this hotel. Great beds and amenities.

There was mold in the tub.

The airport shuttle only runs on the hour. Since we arrived at the airport at 9:30pm after a long flight we did not want to wait around until 10:10. We took a taxi. There is nothing in walking distance so we chose to go to bed. Hotel under renovations. Carpet and elevator not good. Glad we left early the next morning. Breakfast was the only positive.

It was nice to go back to Homewood after so many years. the staff was so nice and helpful, and my favorite part was the breakfast, it was as good and fresh as I remembered it. the room was nice and clean although the halls felt like the hotel was older than I remembered it. I'm glad they are renovating it and keeping it up for the future. I will continue choosing this place to stay if I ever go back to Vegas

Clean room and Staff are helpful except the other lady that works at front dest at night.

It's a OK facility. Not well maintainned. Beddings are clean though.

Hotel is very dated, wear and tear showing quite visibly. That said the staff was very helpful and friendly

The shuttle was on time and staff was very kind and helpful! Would definitely stay again!

It was very mediocre, not a fan As you go down the first hallway to get to your room, there were no baseboards plus the carpet was very dirty!

Otherwise it was a nice convenient quiet place to stay!

Mess. Phones don’t work. Can’t call lobby to asked for anything. Room ok. AC works great. Room could use some updating. Had to use cell to call hotel to reach front desk. Be sure to check if renovation is complete before booking

The staff was extra helpful!!! they assist me with my dress best team ever.

The property looked like it was going through reservations. The staff was super nice.
