I went for the sky bar but never made it up there. Maybe next time!
-
Gave us a new room when the fridge in previous room did not work.
-
Beautifully clean, but just so transient. Also very much off the strip so needed Ubers daily. If you’re a family, give this on e

The staff at the casino are really friendly and helpful the rooms are extremely clean that ambience and aesthetics are extremely beautiful and the food at the hotel was really good. Only complain I had was that the hours for the fitness center and the pool were not as long as I wish they were but aside from that everything else was great.
-
The room was very nice. All updated and clean. The bed wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best. The issue is with it being off the strip there’s not a lot to do at the hotel and you don’t exactly want to walk to the strip because you have to walk through a sketchy area.
-
The only thing I would change is the pool hours! Honestly….if it was open later that would be great! Everyone was so nice and helpful
-
Everything was pretty amazing other than maybe the pool closing at 6 but it has a variety of food options, everything is pretty accessible and the strip is only like a 5-10 minute drive
-
The only thing I didn’t like was that the the pool wasn’t opened past 6.
-
My reservation was booked for the Fantasy tower and I was given a room in the Ivory tower. During my stay I was also stuck in the very dodgy elevator. Will not be back. Desperately needs a renovation.

Wonderful accommodations. Only downfall was the long wait for rooms to be ready at check-in. Otherwise a perfect stay.

Staff doesn’t have a welcoming approach when staying with kids. Food service was great and food was fresh and flavored.

All was good

Rooms are very clean, beautiful views from our suite, friendly helpful staff. The spa was amazing and not too pricey.

The casino and hotel were great as were all the food options. The room itself was gross…stains, soap wasn’t restocked, towels had been folded for reuse but weren’t clean at all, floors were dirty. We notified concierge and they weren’t able to get us into another room. They comped us a small credit for drinks, and had room keeping bring us fresh towels and soap. But they didn’t even take the dirty towels or clean the room.
