-
Room was clean but the property looks very old and worn out, no hot tub , staff was ok not very welcoming
-
It was an overall great stay! From the friendly and efficient staff to the clean rooms and food, it was truly an amazing experience!
-
When we first checked in the room, the room that they gave us had a dirty tub. They did give us another room.
-
I’d like to say it was cheep and cheerful but it wasn’t the staff clearly are not treated well - no one said hi - no one was friendly there were fights in the gift shop both days Broken glass etc. pool is only open 10-6 weird in high season with 43 degree weather. No food service after midnight. The room was clean -

Clean cozy room and staff were so nice! Really enjoyed our stay and it’s so convenient and easy parking.
-
The walls were very thin you could hear the people next door conversation you could even smell the perfume they sprayed that travelled into our room.
-
Housekeeping hadn’t cleaned my room before we checked in and we had to call them twice before they did
-
Sports book Close to monorail
-
Had to switch rooms 3 times there was a sewer problem in the first room, the water was backing up in the shower while I was showering, 2) there was a clogged sink and shower wouldn’t stop running. 3) “BED BUGS!!!! We ended up with bed bug bites all over body and it was tested positive for them next day, clothes to be sent out to the cleaners and I ended up with no clothing to wear, I went to the front desk and the manager told us that the only thing they could do is give us $150 in food and beverages for the inconvenience, mind you I had to wear my swimwear for over two days. Finally the manager said I could go to their shop nearby and charge a set of pants and top to the room and they would pay. Now I’m waiting to see if they will actually pay or they will charge me for it.

Lots of kids and the pool was small even though the pics make it look big. Over run by children. Small casino but nice to be in. Not a bad place for a few days unless you want the pool life
-
Not much to say. It was clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant. The location worked for my purposes, being next to the convention center. The food court was good enough. Over all, it was a great stay.

Amazing stay
-
I loved that they had a monorail stop at the hotel. Didn't like having to pay for parking on top of the hotel fee and they put a 100 dollar hold on your card until check out as well.
-
The TV did not work. The internet was sporadic. The tub was clogged. They ONLY clean the room one of my 3 nights. called housekeeping, they did not care. Outdated room, even older bathroom. Only plus that is next to the convention center
-
If you are traveling to Vegas for a large conference at LVCC - the Westgate is by far the best location to stay. 5 minutes to walk to show, no lines to navigate. Just super convienent walk to and from LVCC. The hotel is a bit dated. The rooms are nothing special. Staff was very nice and helpful. It has a high quantity of rooms with only a few small bars/restaurants.
-
At arrival the room assigned wasn’t in good condition, but I was awarded with an upgrade which was very nice from the customer service people
-
The way Vegas should be. You are not an invisible customer there. I will stay again.
