The property has beach front access which was nice The tv remote was missing from the room I complained several times about the AC in the room I thought I was getting a river view view room but I had a side river view room the pool was small and to many people in it you couldn’t even more around

The beach was nice but rooms were outdated even when they say refurbished The rooms said refurbished but it was still old and out dated. Room still only had cable and no TV with apps in 2026 which is crazy. Beach was nice but if I didn’t want to rent a cabana then me and my wife had to put things on the sand and stay in the water due to there being very little places for shade for free. Also there is still smoking areas around the casino so be prepared for that if your not use to it. So if your looking for a luxury hotel to take your wife or lover to don’t fall for the beach photos or that the north tower is luxury or updated. Look for another place to stay if you want romance and relaxation But it is a good place if your with family and just want a place to stay that has things inside your use too

have fridge is important! I only stayed for one night and the price was finally cheap, that is reason why I choose this hotel over others. Free parking is a plus! Confusing when trying to find the correct parking lot by Tower 3.

Ice machine needs to be maintained/looked at daily in every floor.

It was the perfect vacation close to home, love the private beach. The fact that we can't bring our personal ice chest to the beach but it's totally understandable.

Room falling apart, staff was ok and the beach was dirty.

The adult pool was the only pool open for 2 days and we had rented a cabana and since there were an abundance of kids and families, the pool was filthy with hairs and debris floating in it, not to mention the oily sludge we were covered in just taking a quick dip in the pool. The bar staff at the casino were about 90 percent horrible and rude. Ordering drinks that never showed up. Went to see the illusion show and the air conditioning went out, it was hot and miserable and we should have been offered a refund we bought 12 tickets. Room service came one day out of the 5 days and didn’t even make up our bed. 0/10 would not recommend.

The staff was efficient. The rooms not so good. The bed were not comfortable. The sheets had stains. The shower was dirty. The cabinets in room in terrible dirty destroyed condition. This was one of the worse stays I’ve had. The private beach area was cool can’t lie there. The adult pool was good just dirty water. I feel the property can do better in hygiene and room cleaning and furniture appearance

This hotel has photos of the rooms on its website, but the actual rooms are completely different—dirty and old. They charge extra to put you in a non-smoking room, yet the other rooms smell terrible anyway. Everything is covered in dust, the elevators don't work, and the room's air conditioning doesn't function properly. The pool water is yellow—whether from the sheer number of people or from urine—and the whole experience was very disappointing; I would never return, and I do not recommend it.
