Staff was fine, room was clean and breakfast was very good.

Mellisa and Brian are cheerful and attentive to my needs. The breakfast variety and cooked to perfection is good

The hotel is clean and easily-accessible, and seems to be in a safe area of the town just off the freeway. We checked in in the early hours of the morning, and were greeted promptly by the on-duty manager and checked in without any issue. Breakfast was good the next morning - there were plenty of options available, both hot and cold.

The property felt old and not well maintained. The first room we were assigned overwhelmingly smelled like cigarette smoke, had broken light switches, dirty carpet and mismatched furniture. The room they moved us to smelled better, but definitely felt old and not cared for or cleaned well. I received an email from the manager after complaining about these things thanking me for letting them know and stating they hope to see us again for a future stay. Strange way to attempt to get repeat business.

For a short stay it’s okay the rooms could use some updating as well as maintenance. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was okay the eggs tasted funny but rest was okay could have been hotter. Check-in was fast and efficient

Awesome stay

We arrived at 10:30 pm after a long drive from Georgia, so most parking spaces near the door were understandably taken. We had an uneventful check in, and made our way to our room. The bathroom was a disappointment. The sink had dirty water in it, and the overall look was not clean. The front desk sent someone to our room with a plunger to correct the problem. We were told that they didn’t have another available room to move us to. He was able to remove the water and wipe up the area. He said he didn’t have the right tool to completely remove the clog, so the sink would continue to drain slowly. We were able to use the shower and get some rest in a comfortable bed. Breakfast the following morning was fine.

It is usually very clean as I've stayed there before. I did not have any hot water in my room. That was very unusual. Apparently the pool was cold as well.

The room we were in was quite small. It was a struggle to fit in all our luggage. The beds were each full beds, not queen beds. In today’s world that is substandard. On the other hand, the complimentary breakfast was truly excellent.

They were great and to be honest we got in late actually the next day and they figured out how to get us in our room It was clean and nice. Breakfast was great wish pool was warm.

It stated a hot tub and heated pool. There was no hot tub and pook was not heated.

Though we booked a king and it still showed that there were 2 king rooms still two available, we were put into another room. The bed was very uncomfortable we would sink in the middle. There were two different hairs on sheets. There were markings in the bathroom. It goes on. We were very disappointed by our experience.

It was a great place definitely worth the price!

Goos location for where we were headed. Our room was nice. Area was quiet.

Excellent stay. Comfy beds, super clean, well maintained like new, better than average breakfast. Only concern--2 bed queen room so small had hardly any room for two medium suitcases. Quite tight. Otherwise great.

The staff Melissa and Brian treat me with kindness and respect. The breakfast is always good. Rooms are always clean and refreshed.
