All the staff we encountered including front office clerks, housekeeping, maintenance, and the ladies who prepared the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. They made our stay stress-free and pleasant.

Everything was good, except you need to pay for daily parking.

Staff was very helpful. Easy access to all areas around Lexington.

Hotel was clean, but beware of the self parking fee. Did not see it posted anywhere and I wasn’t notified of it at check in. I didn’t realize until I saw the charge on my card.

The staff were helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. Everything lived up to what you expect from a Hampton Inn.

Need upgrade in rooms

Clean room good breakfast!

We booked though Expedia for a King bed room, the gave us a double queen. When we said we booked a king, they gave us a smoky smelling king with a broken window blind, handicap shower and a bed about a foot and a half off the floor. The eventually moved us to a double queen (again, we booked and wanted a king bed) Additionally, the pool was “out of order” and had been for a long time + the water filter station was out of order as well. Also, all the light bulbs were cool white led’s which I personally find to be wretched.

The location is great. The staff. The price. Lovely breakfast area. Size of bathroom. Way too small. Short stay and early departure. Could not partake in the breakfast selection.

in the 7 years I have used this Hampton Inn for business at Clark Equipment, not sure I have ever seen the pool working. If you are bringing kids expecting to swim for the summer not the place to stay.

Great Staff, Clean facility, Good Breakfast, Good Location. Convenient parking Room was small for two queen beds. Beds were okay.

We arrived shortly after midnight, having driven 15 hours. When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk handed me a plain white key card without any envelope, and announced my room number. My daughter, who has down syndrome, came with me up to the room. When the key card didn’t work, we went back down in the rickety elevator and reported the issue to the gentleman at the front desk. He took the key card, scanned it again, and handed it back to me. My daughter and I went back upstairs to find that this key still did not work. When we went back to the front desk, the gentleman didn’t even give a verbal response, but stood, took his keys and the key from me, got back on the elevator with us, returned to the door, scanned us in with his key ring, and left without saying a word. When we got into the room, there was a 2 inch long wasp in the window. We also discovered that one of the drawers on the entertainment center would not stay closed, so we used a label to tape it shut.

Work out room had lots of dumbell weights which was nice. Equipment was well maintained. Free coffee 24 hours. Great breakfast with eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, juice, breads and more. Staff was very helpful at check in/check out. Breakfast staff was excellent and helpful too. Nothing stood out
