Staff is great Management is the problem.

Hotel needs a remodeling.

Great property, very nice hotel and great walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

Bathroom was not the cleanest, mystery hair as soon as we checked in. Rest of the room was clean. Air conditioner in our friends room was not working, but they brought them a small unit. Locations was great though. Attached parking was an added perk, although a bit on the pricey side.

Rooms smelt so strong of stale water when using the air-conditioning it made it difficult to sleep. Lumpy and worn carpets. Expect better

Free airport shuttle was convenient. Location was convenient, Felt safe and was able to walk everywhere downtown Lexington, did not need a car or Uber the entire time. Room was clean, cool view of Triangle Park. Only downside was no closet or wardrobe space, no steamer or ironing board available in room. Did not use the pool but saw it on the way to the gym, seemed clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was nice. As a whole, hotel was clean, safe, comfy. Location is at an absolute 10/10. For the price would be nice if hotel offered a happy hour or manager's special/hour but overall lovely stay, would recommend and would stay here again.

Great location for graduation activities Checking in was a little slow

Room was clean. AC ran all night, did not put out cold air after being out in the heat all day that was no good. Check out was at noon, housekeeping was kicking on the door at 10:00 as if we were being rushed out. Stayed in a while longer and housekeeping just kept making racket. Ended up checking out @ 11:15am. Won’t stay at this hotel again.

Air conditioning in room did not work very well was hot every night

The location was nice. Close to everything and nice views The AC in first room didn't work. Moved rooms and the AC in the 2nd room was not great either

Wonderful hotel and room. Very comfortable and super easy access to Rupp Arena. Would be my first pick to stay again.

Great hotel with good amenities and near everywhere you want to be.

Clean room with a bench, sitting chair, desk and desk chair. And a dresser, of course. Plenty of space to put belongings. Mattresses was comfortable. Not overly firm. Biggest draw back was the air conditioning. It was not adjustable and the room was a bit warm for our liking. I don't know if this was just our room or not. The unit also had a loud clunking kind of sound. Luckily we travel with earplugs so it didn't disrupt our sleep.

Convenient and quiet

Great location rooms were clean. They had a very adequate Jim. No complaints.

No A/C in room. It was very unsafe for our newborn baby. Staff was unhelpful.
