Overall great place to stay.

The hotel was very clean and nice. We would love to stay there again but it’s doubtful we will. We were in town for a weekend that brought in a lot of tourism in Lexington. Because of that, we paid for one night what you typically pay for 3-4. No complaints on that- it is what it is. But when we checked in we asked for late check out. We were told that housekeeping is in charge of that and we would just need to tell them in the morning. We did so. Then the front desk told us that it was not available and the people the night before shouldn’t have said that. Poor training and bad customer service on their part. As I said, the hotel itself was fine and the area is nice. But so are a lot of other hotels in Lexington, with much friendlier and helpful staff.

The breakfast was a simple breakfast with decent options for the kids and adults weekdays till 9 AM weekends 10AM

I liked the location of the hotel. I loved the layout and comfortable king suite. I felt that the staff wasn’t very friendly. The check in girl wasn’t all that helpful. She barely acknowledged me or my questions upon checking in. When I called the night before my checkout day to ask about late checkout, the guy on the phone was a bit rude in telling me I couldn't have late checkout. I was simply only asking a question.

Good location;plenty of parking; seems to have a nice breakfast offering as well. And a lot of trolleys to help with luggage.

I booked for 10 days and have stayed at this hotel 15 times. Had to leave for two days to take care of mom who is sick and stay with her. But did not cancel my stay. Housekeeping came in and thru away all my groceries, my medicine which was in a box prescribed by my dr for PTSD and never asked me. They called me at 2:20pm that day and I told them I was still staying there and did not cancel my stay. Then when I asked about all my stuff that was in my room they acted like nothing was in there and they didn’t throw anything out. Costing me about $450 worth of medicine groceries and everything I had left in the room. They didn’t offer me a discount a free night or anything. I’ve stayed at that hotel 15 times in the past several years and I will never stay there again.

Housekeeping thru away all my groceries and a box full of medicine for my PTSD. I didnt check out, I didnt say I was leaving. I was in town taking care of my sick mother and had to spend two nights from hotel to give my mom 24/7 care. But never checked out. Ive stayed at this hotel about 8 times in 2 years and spent over 60 days there. When I asked manager what happened to my stuff she said that head housekeeper said there was nothing in my room except trash in garbage can. Damn lie. $450 worth of groceries and medicine that they never tried to discount my stay or help with that cost I lost. Someone is takin stuff out of your hotel rooms without permission of people staying there. I will never stay at this hotel or another Marriott hotel. When you pay a premium for hotel room you expect better service and certainly dont leave housekeeping the right to take anything out of a room when ive reserved that room for 10 days. Terrible service by housekeeping and management

The location is great for walking out the door to shops, restaurants and Whole Foods grocery. All very convenient.
