Disappointing
-
Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Remodel rooms very nice.
-
Reserved & charged a premium price for 1 king bed but received 2 queen beds instead. Very upset
-
Liked room. Roll-away bed brought into room had dirty sheets with no mattress pad. Was gross. Housekeeping did come in and took care of it. Should have been taken care of when removed from previous room it was in.
-
Nice location and pool. Staff was always available and needed because the door card mis functioned several times.
-
No easy access to the hotel Poop was too cold

Staff was friendly More breakfast options

The room was clean and the staff was for polite and helpful, as we booked last min bc our other hotel canceled on us as we choose pay at property and they ran our card the morning of and it was declined so they cancels our property, and then we when here and got us taken care of then ended up staying another night which was a little stressful bc they said we didn’t have to pay another deposit and we did, which was fine, the vending machines were broke and the floor were very dirty, they were in the middle of remodeling the rooms but left the mess in the hallways! The breakfast was okay, out of juice and had to ask the worker 2 times to refill the juice! There was poop floating around the pool so we didn’t get to use the pool the 3td night we were there, we did use the hot tub? Which is huge! Other than that I would book for the price it was cheap

Quiet Hallway

Hallway

It was an active construction zone with building materials and toilets in the hallway. Our room had the baseboards ripped out, construction debris all over the floor (clearly not even vacuumed) and had stains all over the sheets. Would not recommend.

The rooms were pretty clean, the hotel itself was kind of messsy as they were remodeling inside the rooms but that is normal! Staff was nice and very helpful the snack machine was broke and took our money, the pool was great kids loved it and the hot tub was okay, nice and big but jets didn’t really work! Overall good priced hotel

This hotel was a place to lay our heads. I can say this… we didn’t leave with bedbugs. Other than that, it’s really run down. It has a pool and hot tub, but they’re kind of gross, with band-aids stuck to the wall. The pool looked murky. They have a breakfast buffet, but they’re ran out of some of the food and the area was not cleaned between guests, so the tables and counters were nasty. I’ll just pay the extra $25 a night somewhere else next time.
