The room was always a bit cool, possibly because of the high ceilings, which were at least very "cool" to look at. The one waste basket was hidden -- behind the toilet which was also in the corner. Small detail, but a cause of concern since we were piling up Kleenex and scrap paper by the tv until we finally saw it. Parking garage was across the street, but as an old rural person, I could have used more direction on how to do it.before I got there -- a print out would have helped.

Downtown location. Parking garage next door with connecting skywalk. Great selection of breakfast items. Large clean room with comfy bed. Extra large shower with hot water and lots of pressure.

This is a very cool property since being retrofitted into a 100+ year old building which features 14 foot ceilings in the guest rooms. There is construction still occurring and some was being carried out w/ loud noise into the wee hours of the morning. That, coupled w/ heavy noise from O street (even though we were on the 4th floor) kept us awake for a big portion of the night. I am not sure how they will negate the noise on the rooms facing O street but I will definitely request a different room location for our next visit. Other than the noise, it is a very nice and unique hotel.

The one downside is that with the location in the middle of all the action in downtown Lincoln comes a lot of traffic noise. But hey, small price to pay for a comfortable night close to so much great stuff to do. Staff was very attentive and helpful, though I didn't have any issues that I needed help with. Highly recommend this location.

Room very nice hotel very quiet except for some street noise that quieted down after 11 pm. Breakfast was good and plenty of room. Parking was across a sky bridge and was a bit awkward to cross, but still works. Obvious hotel is under staffed as front desk personnel doing multiple jobs. Was also impossible to get through to property directly on the phone.

Very new and clean; friendly and helpful staff; pretty good work out facility; large room; free and good coffee available in lounge at all times; Loud A/c and other white noise in room; had to pay $12 to park car; shower wastes a great deal of water before warming up; breakfast only passable

Nice and new Hampton. Not much immediately next to the hotel but the Haymarket is just a couple blocks away.
