The staff was wonderful. I checked in around 10 and the front desk agent Patti was phenomenal. She was so helpful from the beginning. The property was well maintained even with the renovations they were doing. The room was clean and comfy and had the cutest little balcony. The entire experience was great! I will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and other travelers.

It was soundproof. I never heard another guest. The bed was comfortable. It was a bit beat up. It has been advertised as renovated but maybe they just hadn’t gotten to the room I was in. It had new carpet, but there was a hole in the wall that hadn’t been fixed. It looked like one of the maid carts had made contact with it.

They are doing renovations so the pool was unavailable. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

DIRTY NASTY PLACE

I only stayed for one night and they wouldn’t give me back my money for the day. Crooks is what they are for taking my money when the room was dirty, the curtain on the sliding glass door was dirty. The bathroom needed cleaning and the door had a gap at the bottom where it wasn’t level. I’m totally disgusted and disappointed by the hotel. They only served coffee for breakfast nothing else. The grounds were dirty and needed to be cleaned up!!’
