staff was very friendly and went out of their way. rooms were dated and not extremely clean. the whole hotel was dated and a bit run down. however they are under construction so hopefully that is being addressed.

Check in was a breeze and the hotel was well maintained for it's age. The property was recently remodeled. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Thank you!

Natalie was the best! Excellent hospitality with warm cookies. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Family friendly with a good breakfast.

The staff were wonderful and very responsive. Kudos to Natalie for going above and beyond with hospitality. This hotel has a good location, close enough to Naperville and the train station, but out of reach of the city noise. Pool and hot tub were well maintained. The weight room could use an upgrade. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and vegetarian options. Seemed family friendly, which I appreciate.

Very clean

The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and acceptable. The fitness room equipment was awful. A property like this should not have such poor equipment. In the conference area the sign was off of the men's room door all day and was not repaired - causing confusion for many people early in the day. The water ran out for our conference twice on the first day. Not sure yet about day 2. If there was a little more attention to detail this would be an excellent place for professional conferences.

The lobby smelt of natural gas, it was concerning.

Exceptional

Reception was kind and coffee available in lobby. Reception staff was lovely.

The property is ungoing renovation. We were given a renovated room so the decors and furnitures are new. The room is spacious and has a fridge and coffee maker. We appreciate the coffee in the lobby and warm cookies at check-in. However, areas around the main entrance give a poor first impression - algeas on the exterior walls, flower pots full of weeds, and dirty luggage carts. These things could've been easily addressed. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Under construction. A lot of dust. Our room was recently renovated, drywall still all over floor, bathroom door wouldn’t close, ac loud and inconsistent, tv stations were not working, along with poor WiFi. Staff at desk very friendly from check in, check out and in between. Resturant food was good for dinner, quick service and friendly staff. I think once they finish will be very nice place to stay

Hotel currently going under massive renovations and no notice of such was provided prior to booking. Very misleading.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. We were shocked to be hit with a $100 deposit at check-in that was never clearly disclosed during booking.Things only got worse from there. We paid for a room on a key-card access floor, but the moment the elevator doors opened, we were hit with a horrible musty, damp smell. The hallway was being used to store mattresses, which was completely unacceptable and gave the entire floor a neglected appearance. Our room smelled like a swamp. The walls were peeling, and the room clearly had not been properly maintained. Even worse, we found socks in our bed that did not belong to us and trash under the chairs. This immediately made us question whether the room had been cleaned at all before our arrival. When we tried to contact the front desk, nobody answered. I even attempted to get Expedia involved, but they were unable to get a response from the hotel either. The lack of customer service was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, guests and what appeared to be staff members were smoking marijuana right outside the main entrance. Every time we entered or left the hotel, we had to walk through the smell and smoke. The only reason we stayed was because every other hotel in the area was fully booked and we had nowhere else to go. Had another option been available, we would have left immediately.

Enjoyable stay.

So outdated and parking situation is terrible. If you like a hotel where you can run the fan to tune out hallway noise just know you can’t here. The pillows are super flat. I saw someone’s airline ticket in my room making me wonder how clean it really was.
-
Very old, in bad shape. I was a bit scared when i entered the room
-
Breakfast buffet hi quality Dusty/construction feel No refrigerators in rooms

Hotel first floor under construction. Smelled like sewage. Initial room had ants crawling on the floor and stains on the tiles.
