My son and I stayed for one night the hotel was clean…one of the elevators didn’t work and the beds were less than acceptable. No comfortable at all! Cheap mattresses for sure. It was cool for one night…

Air conditioner/pool What I did not like was at the beginning of check-in we had to wait and the staff member acted as though that was normal process he was actually in the back . There actually another guest as well so unprofessional.

When arrived could not find staff to check in. Was at front desk awhile and had to call out for a staff. The room I was assigned to was open once I got to it.

Well, I have stayed at numerous of your properties prior to this one and the staff as far as the housekeeping was very off very very Off didn't never give me the change of towels that I asked for never came in and changed the room straightened up the room never they just wasn't on point the service as far as breakfast was concerned the first day I had got there which was on Sunday was spectacular. The breakfast was awesome Monday no breakfast Tuesday no breakfast. It was like the staff wasn't consistent as it was when I first got there. I was very dissatisfied with the the housekeeping and the cook. As far as the front desk is concerned they was phenomenal. They did everything to try to make me accommodated MISS KIM & Miss Janice to cook awesome grandmother, Nana, whatever she probably portrayed as being one of y'all employees was phenomenal
