The room was clean and the staff was very nice

Had a great stay. Kelly the bartender made excellent drinks! Chef Al made a delicious chicken pesto pasta and Tim the valet. I don’t remember the front desk clerk but she was super friendly!

It was filthy. Receptionist was sitting on the front bench that’s for customers. Hotel staff goofing off. And the vibe was horrible.

N/A - I did not like the experience. General manager and director of marketing were rude and lacked hospitality for the line of work they hold.

Staff was courteous, everyone was so nice, we felt welcomed! Location was perfect for what we were in town to do, access to public transportation was great. Only complaint is that a continental breakfast would be nice!
