I liked how much room I had It was alright not too bad

Clean and spacious room. Great wifi. The area was a little sketchy, however, I felt safe in general.

Location..... Noise

Hot water was just warm and housekeeper open the door earlier keep knocking on the door check out was 11pm went for a dr appointment so we could sleep in not go hours there and then head home i would stay again just ask that check out time will be so they don't open the door

Clean. No riff -raff loitering. Easy access to freeway. Great for quick overnight.

Wow

It is not the prettiest on the outside, however our non smoking king room ( 226) was clean and spacious , had a mini fridge and microwave, had hand soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers if you needed those too. Ice is on the ground floor and you need your card to get in the room where it is, no breakfast was provided to my knowledge. It was comfortable for the time we needed in town. There are security cameras all over outside , i saw when checking in the owner /manger? Was watching them. No hair dryer , no breakfast, some store next door at some people hanging out but there was several security cameras for the hotel I saw when checking in. Also did not like there was no outlets to charge the phones near bed.

I have no idea Roaches and I had to ask to move my room

Maintenance guy

Everything was great

Room was not ideal due to the fact that the air was not working properly and the toilet was stopped up to the point I asked for a plunger to get it down. I was told that the maintenance guy was going to come and get it down and no one ever showed up. This is making it inconvenient to for us to use the bathroom because it is not flushable and it stinks

they did not have breakfast only coffee. So that should be changed on the website. This hotel does not offer breakfast. Which was a kinda a sad but overall it was pretty good.

I love my stay

The price is reasonable and the location seems safe, it is also close to the downtown area and the parking lot is spacious. The beds are comfortable. The tv, refrigerator and oven are working. The aircon’s filter is so dirty, the air flow smells ammonia. The room smells cigarette, even though we requested non-smoking room. They only provide 2 towels when we booked 3 people per room. The facilities seem okay but the maintenance and service crew are not doing a very good job.
