Location was close to the event we were there for. TV was not handy. Bathroom faucet was inconvenient ly installed. Made for getting water all over the counter. Toilet paper was too far away from the toilet.

Using Expedia caused us to be billed for an additional night. Staff was unable to correct the situation.

Great room, great staff, great experience. Given the price point, though, it would be nice to have a bit more of a buffer from the noise of other rooms, especially those across the hall since there are no shared walls.

The location was convenient and it was very clean. I thought the room would be a little larger.

The suite was mostly clean, a few fruit loops left on the floor. Decent location with a reasonable breakfast. Walking distance to many eateries and shopping.

Great Mountain View’s, clean, well-appointed rooms and workout space, 24 hour coffee, decent breakfast.

A month ago we had a great breakfast when we were there. Then the last two times it seems it’s headed poorly.

The staff was very rude to a member of our party who is blind which we found to be immediately off putting. The hallways needed to be vacuumed, the pool was out of service, the regular coffee was out for most of breakfast & the elevator needed maintenance.
