Room is spotless and clean free parking

nice location to sofi and dtla owners were helpful and minded their business needed something cheap last minute free parking location is a little sketchy but thats just LA lots of food/grocery options around seen 1 roach but room next to us said their room was infested had to buy wipes and air freshener because it looked like they never wiped anything down. tables/sink/toilet were soo dirty. room smelled bad of cigarettes so beware non smokers the towels are very thin and bedding was…questionable but i brought my own blankets and towels id recommend doing the same

Friendly staff. Surprised to have microwave, mini fridge and cable television considering the low rates. Smoking room available. The microwave popped loudly and flashed, prior guest likely put metal in there, no way for the staff to know though. Location is in a sketchy neighborhood but again that is just what it is.

Front office repeatedly said it worked, but it didn't. The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. The floor in the room was filthy.

The air condition and heating didn't work had to request more blankets to stay warm the tv remote didn't work it's like false advertising

My first night there a bum threw a hammer through my window and glass was all over the floor I had to run to the bathroom and call the police so they could help out the situation but the staff there said I would have a refund I haven't seen yet
