Metro Plaza Hotel

The hotel is pretty old but in good location. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Staff was really good. House keeping staff cleaned room daily. Thank you!

We felt secure in this establishment, especially how safe the vehicle was in a locked garage. The staff was very friendly, and was not lacking anything in the room.

Very easy walk from Union Station and plenty of food places walkable.

Nowhere to sit in lobby area if you’re down there waiting for a ride or waiting for your check in time. Surrounding area feels sketchy after dark (for a solo female traveler at least). But it’s about as close as you can get to Olvera and conveniently located for the metro.

Location The room was sold to guests without repairing the broken facilities-the shower drain is severely clogged. In the second day, The owner kindly offered to move to another room, but the hairdryer was broken. It's a real pity that such a good location doesn't have good maintenance.

Second time we stay. And, there was no hot water both times we stay. Morning manager blame us for not calling maintenance. and not even offer an apology.
