The staff are super nice but the area is sketchy and the hotel needs an upgrade.

Bait-and-Switch is what happened to me. I booked a nice, clean room, with a nice bathroom according to the pictures. After checking in, I walked into my room, which was wide open, and see four guys standing in the bathroom. One guy has the shower head in his hand. The shower and bathroom are a mess from the workers boots, and the shower obviously doesn’t work. I’m exhausted, arms loaded with my belongs looking at a room still under construction. Not to mention both rooms on either side of mine are open and being renovated. So where do they put me? They gave me the oldest, grungiest room they had. The main light didn’t work, the shower pressure was pathetic, the chair had more stains than the sidewalk outside, and the carpet was noticeably damp and sticky. I will never stay here again, and I suggest you don’t either if you’re reading my review this far.

Staff is helpfull and excellent. 24 hour in-person staff at the office. Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking is free. There is no breakfast or swimming pool.

Room was nice they just remodeled it and are doing it to other rooms sucks they don't have a pool no more area is kind of ruff but that's not the hotel's fault also another up is they have there own parking that is fenced off so no one can get in more peace of mind for my car will recommend no complaints for the price you pay

We just enjoy the new rooms. They are making a great job renewing. Do not expect pool or breakfast in the property because of the hard work in repairs

Clean room, safe parking, good stuff.

I really never write a bad review but they were fixing up somethings and the guy that brought in the truck with supplies was slamming boards at 9a.m. At 8a.m. they began cleaning rooms and the cart was super loud we had to get up and we only slept like 5hrs. I guess thats there way of saying get out! When the staff said I didnt have to put down a deposit I should have known. He asked me to pay for the night and I said I think I paid online and he said NO NO you didnt pay now. I checked my booking and he was right but he could have been professional. There was a hole in the middle of the bed sheet. Attaching pic.Its ok if you are gonna stop for a few hours of rest I guess but other than that never again.

Excellent location, and the room was very clean.

Nothing Everything was bad, nothing like the pictures. Dirty, you can see through the wall, holes everywhere, graffiti on the doors.

I was actually quite surprising how quiet it was considering the surrounding area. The staff was very efficient, listened to my requests and was a quick and friendly check in! Would definitely stay there again

Staff was good, room was good, the only issue was on Sunday, they were pressure washing the outside floor and the water went into the room and the noise was very loud.

Cool place

The location was very central and easy to reach downtown LA. The room was noisy and dirty. I saw my white socks almost black after walking around on the carpet. There was construction going on in the motel and it was exceptionally noisy day and night.

It was close to the venue. My room was clean, and the staff was great .

I noticed the ongoing improvements. Please my room didn’t have the following: 1. Toilet roll holder. 2. Bath Towel hanger Despite these due to ongoing improvements, the Room was awesome.
