I knew I was going to arrive past midnight. It would be nice if there was a phone number so I could have alerted the staff. There was a helpful manager so I was able to check in.

Location was fine. Staff were friendly. Not the cleanest place. Towels not clean and bathroom needs a good renovation.

Nothing Everything was crappy blankets were so crunchy smelled really bad refrigerator didn’t work I told them about it all he did was unplug it and plug it in made it worse so I said I’ll just get ice and they said sorry not working also found hair stuck on the wall no bueno

It was the cheapest accommodation we found and the free parking. The owner helped us getting a parking spot. The area around doesn’t felt save and it was very loud because of the people staying in the motel and around it. Everything was old is not really clean. The bed was uncomfortable. It was hard to get sleep because of the noise. Just a few parking spots not enough for everyone in a not safe location

Staff was friendly. The room was dirty. The bathroom mat was already on the floor and there was hair all over. The shower, the sink, the floor, the mat. The corners were packed with dirt and dust, the vent filter was full of dust. The sheets had stains, the ac was extremely noise, the bed was uncomfortable and noisy. There were sketchy people in the parking lot, paper was to be surveilling incoming cars. Bath towels are rough and small. No hand towels given at all.

When I first booked motel I like this hotel and then I would like to go back again once if I go back to LA again this is my second time booking them, and I will book them again

Simple and fast check in process. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable and an extra thicker blanket was provided in the room, which was nice. Only one roll of toilet paper was available, and it wasn't even a new one. I was on the first floor, as requested and they accommodated properly, but sounds from the second floor were very present, no noise insulation. Limited parking space.

The location was really the only decent thing about it! I paid in advance and told the manager that I had to do so! He talked over me, would not listen. Denied any space for conversation! Again dominated the conversation with his talking. Then, after checking into the room. Knocked and asked me to come to the office to refund me the money he had charged after discoving that. In fact, my payment had already been collected through Booking.com. Also, there was horrible stomping from the room above me and random characters, wondering through the parking lot. The towels wore out fabric indicated usage of thousands of guests and terrible repetitious bleaching! Nasty!
