1st one ! I got a call from the front nonexistent front desk team telling me they saw a woman walk into their room with a cigarette. So I don't smoke cigarettes. I was smoking weed and I had things in my hands. My partner went in the room first and I put my things down by the door and shut the door behind me so no smoke would enter the room. I smoked a little while longer by the ash tray near my room. I put it out, put it my container and walked back into my room ! I Never entered the room with no weed nor cigarettes. Extinguished! Yes, but definitely not lit. Second House keeper came into my room on day 3 and changed my towels but did nothing else .. Didn’t take the trash out DID NOT MAKE OR CHANGE THE SHEETS BUT TOOK AND REPLACED THE TOWELS ONLY. Out of all the hotels and motels I’ve stayed in not one time have I ever had that happen! I will not be back due to the last situation! That’s very creepy

The location and price are great. It is outdated, which is fine, but dirty. There is no staff available onsite. They use a video receptionist. The video receptionist was not helpful when we needed towels (not enough placed in the room before the stay) and the audio didn’t work. We needed to use the telephone. Will not stay there again.

Good location for my need. Parking $5 a day. Virtual assistant was unusual but helpful.

the worst was antenna local channels in many languages but few in English, very noise because close to busy road, and it was no ice in the icemaker so after long they hiking we had to go to local fast food to buy drinks, morning coffee was from close by 7/11...

Staff cleanliness

The outside of this hotel looks cute (and simple) enough, but the room I stayed in smelled gross (like old cigarettes masked by some sort of air freshener or spray). The carpet was likely installed in the 90s, which seems unsanitary. The bathroom towels seemed ancient. I did not use the shower because I was so put off by the bathroom. I would not recommend staying here. There are other hotels closer to the 2 that I have stayed in when visiting the area that are low-budget, simple, and more up to date.

As far as room cleanness, carpet and towers do not seem clean enough. Broken window shield found, bath room mirror has crack. No USB for phone charging, no alarm clock, no hair dryer, no cups and tissue paper. The air conditioner has no preset temperature control which it won’t stop automatically . The room does not worth $150 per night ! Overall experience is terrible. The biggest problem is why my reservation was canceled ? If there is any problem, why no notification was sent to me in advance ? Do you have answer ? If you do, please let me know.

Staff very kind and professional. Small parking but I found one close to my room. Room a little out dated but worth it for 1- night stay. No microwave and carpet looked old. TV had limited channels and no cartoons for my kids.

It’s a good location in eagle Rock with Restaurants and Shops nearby or even in walking distance. Been here several times because it’s good value Some rooms need renovation and could be mor comfortable. Video check in and out feels a bit impersonal

The room didn’t have a very good smell! The carpet was dirty but for the cheap price not bad! Cute in the exterior but could use some updating!

The room that I had was room 111 and it was horrible the door there was a 2 inch gap from the bottom where the leaves from the plants from the outside was coming in. There were dead bugs around the windows. There was trash was left behind behind the dresser when My Phone fell down and I noticed against the wall of forks some plastic wrappers they’re from there the restroom there was mold around the window and the room itself. Nothing was was wiped down. There was still dirt marks on the windows curtains the walls, even the furniture and then the room was had paint on scratch up. It looks like they got it from the outside and just put it in the room and they were just massively, dirty, and stains on it from their the bed felt like it had bugs and I was itchy for two days, I prefer no one come to this hotel.

I stayed in a room that had 2 bedrooms and the outlets were barely hanging on not safe and the second bedroom had no door no privacy at all. There automated now so not an issue that can get easily fixed.

I was trying to take a shower. The shower valve was not turning. I couldn’t take a shower. I went to the office which no one was in the office. There is a virtual guy pops up on the screen ! and I told him the problem he said let me see if somebody will come then he kept me waiting I will let you know if somebody will come, well I am not gonna sit waiting around if somebody come or not . Beside all that the armchair was broken the AC was not working good which I couldn’t rest so I had to leave the hotel early And they charged me $5 for parking on top of around $78 dollars I paid They refused to give me a refund and still they charged me for parking even though I left early after three hours I can’t believe it ! Well, someone need to teach them that customers always write and customer service comes first This is my first and last time there ! even if they offer me $25 a night thanks but no thanks

Everything was good until I got a call that a plumber was coming to my room to do some work at 11am, I don't understand why rent a room that would need work done.
-
This was a very poorly equipped room. 2 small towels, nothing else. 2 pillows. Sheets that were too small for the bed. 1 blanket. No ice no coffee. No pool towels. Noone in person only on a computer. Scared it could have bed bugs so marginally maintained. Missing drawer from dresser. Broken tiles really a unpleasant spot.

The carpets were so disgusting, there were no towels sheets had stains. No staff on site! I would not recommend!
