Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Louisville Airport

Room was clean. Appreciated two queen beds instead of two doubles! Appreciated full buffet breakfast instead of continental breakfast.

Room was very clean. Great hotel location and breakfast.

However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy.

The hotel room is clean, the AC is cold, and the staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that breakfast was only served till 9 AM every day, including weekends.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

The staff was always courteous and quick to help out if there was anything I needed. I had an 8 1/2 hour travel delay at O'Hare and arrived at the hotel at 1:15 AM. Mason heard my delay story and asked if I'd like a snack. He brought me a yogurt and a banana - completely unexpected but very welcomed. My only issue was with the bacon at breakfast. It was so overcooked that it broke into pieces when picked up. Great location very close to the airport, and the shuttle was quick to get me there.

Guests in the room beside mine were throwing a party well after midnight. There was music blaring, yelling, screaming, banging. I called the front desk twice within an hour and the party was not shut down.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and have extra blankets and towels

It was nice and very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

No dislikes.

2 night stay. Tried to get the complimentary shuttle from the airport when we arrived. Was told they are very busy at the moment with check out (and to be fair, when he put the phone down, there was a lot of commotion in the background). Waited 15 min "on hold" and he never came back. We just Uber'd. Tried to get the shuttle back to the airport, we were informed there is no shuttle driver today. They DID pay for the Uber ride to the airport this time. Clean, spacious, and quiet room. Complimentary breakfast was nice with plenty of hot and cold items. Fitness room was a very nice size and clean. Indoor heated pool looked inviting. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

They said deposit was 20$ but was 100$

The person checking us in was distracted by another employee so didn't complete telling us all the information ie time of breakfast, wifi code etc. Even though they knew we had 3 people in the room there was only 2 k cups available. Morning staff was more helpful

We would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint was that the sofa bed was not a queen, but a twin that was very inconvenient for us as we had four traveling and we were expecting a queen size sofa bed

Live centipede on curtains when we arrived to our room. Something red which appeared to be blood on tall mirror outside bathroom and large shower head didn't work. But hotel was close to our destination, likely to go elsewhere next time.

Room had cob webs in the corners. Clean but. No attention to detail
